Ive been on and off them for a long time. Always only 1 or the other. I learned that eventually that going back to analogs (did that several times) I missed the e-cigarettes cleanness and taste, and my health went back in the dumps every time I went back to analogs from the 1st screwup every time. I barely missed analogs after awhile, now im addicted to e-cigs instead and dont really mind that fact at all :D. Stick with it, its very much a life changer, go into it with a positive state of mind as opposed to an experimental state of mind. Best of luck :)

For me it was easier knowing that I had an analog available if I wanted one, 2 months and I still haven't wanted one! Keep with it.

That was my thinking too, and it helped me alot. And I also didn't get all over myself for wanting a couple analogs a day at first. I told myself it was ok and that it wasn't the end of the world if I had one. But, that was actually part of my plan anyways. It's like being on a diet and always telling yourself "no, you can't eat that"...it only makes it more appealing, right? Then you eventually notice that you don't even want that thing that looked so appealing before...you're fine without it.

So if that after-supper analog is what you're having a problem with, or that first one in the morning, get some stronger juice to get you past those times. I was a 2 pack a day smoker and use 11/12mg liquid most of the time, but I have some 18mg and 24mg for when I need it. Just find what works for you and you'll be fine :)
