All I can say is:
I ordered Friday, had some stuff "I" did wrong when I filled out the order.
Got a E-mail that same day, I sent them a fix and also called them.
They returned my call with in a hour and after talking to Mike, I re-ordered and
save another 28 dollars....WOW (Great Customer Service).
I got a e-mail today that the order went out...nice ( they must be caught up)

just a quick update:

i received my PCC and 5 new atomizers today. not only is the PCC very well built i feel like i can un-attach myself from my computer now finally. the atomizers they sent look almost exactly the same to the naked eye but soon as you get out a magnifying glass ( or just use them and leak then you will know ) the new ones are working VERY well better then i couldve imagined ( yes even better then my wide bands ) and comparing these to the wide bands i know they are REAL. anyways the wide band itself ?? its just cosmetic really initially i thought it helped dispense the heat but WRONG its just a ring once you disassemble one.

my final rating for this transaction was as follows: -7- the value is there the shipping could be better but the customer service in the end is what saves you.
