So true Megan. I happen to have a bottle of Lucena, Grandmaster as well as a bottle of Castle Long reserve that I had purchased right after I started in with Nicoticket.

$27.99, $27.99 and $34.99 respectively at 30mls.

5P is considered ultra-premium in my book... (due in large part to their marketing prowess)

(way up) we make less per bottle now even with the increase in price... But, it's a better product, especially from a consistency perspective.

So nothing over 60ml, glass bottles, price increases, less flavors, and eventually we will only be able to buy Nicoticket in brick and mortar stores. Did I miss anything? I'm just trying to figure out how I'm going to be able to still use my favorite Nicoticket ejuices or if they are even going to be able to in the end.

I'm probably just being selfish, but so far nothing has been a positive for me. I never thought consistency in Nicoticket juice was a problem, but I'm just going to be one of those old timers that end up grumbling in the corner about the "good old days" while scowling at all the young people making noise and having fun. Damn kids...

I guess it happens to all the "successful" juice makers. I think I saw the writing on the wall when I bought (2) 30ml bottles of Katys Virus for $70+ and while it was good I later went WFT did I just do? Did a bunch of people just do?.... next thing you know we're going to have special limited edition juices being "steeped" in oak barrels and opening parties for the barrels.... sigh. I guess it's a catch 22. You want your favorite people who make your favorite products to be successful, but to be successful they end up losing a lot of what made them your favorite in the first place. I'm sure that part is not in the long term Nicoticket plans..... (it's never in the plans), it just happens. bit by bit, until you get a stamped "personalized" signature along with a "You are our favorite customer" sticker along with a 5% coupon off your next overpriced order.

I'm glad you decided against a standard coupon code, it's just silly. I like getting the codes that actually mean something.

With that being said, I'm a new customer and a new vaper so I'm trying to explore with vendors. Of course, I'm not crazy about an increase in price but understand the reason behind it.

Absolute Pin will always be on my desk along with Castle Long Reserve on shelf for occasional dripping. But they are not my every day vapes like NT and my own mixes.

Nothing larger than 60ml, for now... I think 120ml is in the cards, just not at this moment.

More flavors... All the solid short run flavors are slated for sale on the website only. Just 10 flavors, wholesale, though...

The day may come when online sales are no longer viable, I believe that day is coming... We'll continue to provide liquid online for as long as we are allowed to do so...

Change is hard... Even harder for us than it is for you... the fate of the small boutique eLiquid vendor is sealed... The business has to evolve, grow, in order to survive. Scaling a business is no small feat, either from a financial perspective (it's capital intensive), or from a risk perspective (the plug could be pulled or the rules could change at any time).

I'm looking forward to the next chapter, thus far every chapter subsequent has been better than the previous, I don't expect that to change.

Agreed. For a while there, I couldn't get enough of Grandmaster and CLR but my tastes have changed a bit and I only use them on occasion now myself.

CLR is a very complex flavor and it may just be that I vaped just a wee bit too much of it.

When the day comes that online sales are no longer available, will those that are online only become available wholesale or will they go the way of the dodo? Most of my favorite liquids are on that list.

Depends on the vendor, but putting all the eggs in one basket is unwise. Just a matter of time before online sales cracks, nothing I can do or say about it... It's for the children

They are crafted for use in a Kayfun, so dripping them is rather potent. Makes it easy to only use them on occasion. I really like that I can get them in 3mg, but I burned myself out of vaping them every day.

And while we are it, is it correct to assume that the wholesale flavors will be available on the website as well?

Absolutely! There should be upwards of 24 flavors on the website all the time, eventually.

Yep, same here. I almost exclusively used them in a Kayfun. Dripping them however is a bit of a different animal for sure. I'm sure you have seen that Kayfun has released a Five Pawns edition.

In my opinion, and opinions are speculative at best in this situation, is that people are failing to understand that this is all FDA invoked. We as consumers are just that, consumers. Same as we were when we were smoking Marlboros, or Camels, or whatever brand we were on. Fortunately we all got a taste of the product before the government stuck their noses in it. Whether or not one sticks with NT through this whole process is entirely their decision. Prices will raise, regulations will be put in place, it's all inevitable. This is in a way what Clark wants, because he is growing as a person, for himself and his family. While we are all 'family' here, one has to understand that it goes beyond that. There's business involved, and when family and business mix, there's bound to be hearts broke. Bottom line is, be happy for the man. He started from the bottom, created a firm foundation, and is now building what needs to be built in order for him to survive in the vape industry, and in life. I applaud you Clark, and will continue to support you and your product until the FDA makes it impossible for me to do so.

I've read one too many posts here talking about the price being to steep, and implying that NT is taking advantage of its customers. Please guys and gals if that truly is your opinion, this is not the place to put it out there. It's hard times for everyone, believe that. But remember that whats coming is not to push us away, and it's not to make extreme amounts of money off of us, it's purely business. Enjoy the product while its immediately available. If you can't afford it, then go vape the 'Pall Mall' quality of juices that are available. But in the end, there will only be a few top dogs in the vape world, such is in the tobacco industry. NT is doing what it is that they have to do to make sure they are at the top when the hammer gets laid down.

I totally don't mind people voicing their concerns about price increases (even though I don't think this qualifies, honestly... it's just 'leveling the playing field' and the discontinuation of subsidizing under-priced 'core line-up' flavors with more expensive short-runs). We ran the numbers - the median price is exactly where it has been for months.

You are absolutely correct in the respect that forces outside of our control are at work... change is inevitable with the onslaught up upcoming regulation. We aspire to be one of the vendors that make it over the regulatory bar. The alternative is to continue to do business as usual, abstain from making capital intensive changes we know will be required to exist in the post-regulatory environment, and *hope* that they don't drop the hammer on online sales. Nothing in this industries future is certain, but there are definitely some fudamental changes we can make now to make that transition to the post-regulatory environment less painful.

Yes, there will continue to be short-visioned profiteers whom make the absolute minimum investment in the service of selling large volumes of cheap liquid to turn a buck... but - in the end, I believe people are more likely to support a vendor whom is making the kinds of business decisions that will ensure the liquid is available into perpetuity.
