That makes no sense to be cutting or grinding the tube AFTER they are assembled.....Your guess is as good as mine on the shavings. But at least we know to watch out for em...as if you would miss them somehow

First i let it soak for a few hours. I went and did errands.
Then came home and tried it on my Riva first. It was ok but not enough hit for me.
Then I got out my Bartlby. Oh yes much better hit and smoke.
Now for the big guns.
Got out my vv lil sis. and started at the bottom and adjusted up. AWESOME starting at about 4 volt and heading up.
Got it on my pearl 5 volt and refilled. By this time I am getting pretty dang dizzy.
It was perfect and I mean perfect.
Now for the real test. Fury is my silver bullet at 6 volt. Talk about snap crackle and pop. And HIT......and HIT ........Flavor,hit,big smoke.
What more could I ask for?

Not that I have seen - but I havent dug too horribly much. I have found 2 different manufactures (and a mess of relabels - maybe they are all relabels of the one?) - but they have all been the dual 3.2ohm parallel setups.

I just looked in mine after catching up a bit on this thread, and noticed some black flecks that were not there before on the one that I am using, but I have the clear ones, so no metal

If this has to do with the manufacturing process, then would make sense that the clears would have small clear filings, and steel will have steel filings. This isnt some small quirk though, this could be a big deal the factory needs to correct. Just a few particles like those going down the windpipe, and your in for real bad day or 50. I have yet to see one in person, but still good info to have. I'll be leary regardless, until its found to just be an accidental issue that B just drew the lucky number for. Its worth looking into, and asking questions.

well....... ..... I dunno! I was just thinking "left OVER" shavings from cutting. Like: didn't get blown out properly, and just stuffed instead. I've found shavings like that in something before (course right now I can't think of what the hey it was, but I know I've seen it.)

Since they AREN'T in all of them, I'm *hoping* it's just a fluke. (fingers crossed anyway!) HA



Tuck: So, would these be best on my Chuck then? Or Chameleon? I think those are my only two that are 5 or over.

Dam just went there and they sold out 8( and I need more and can crank up those 2.5 to 6v no problem. The dippers are 808 Faxx fusions but way larger and i like those 2 work grate

Oh, I didn't vape the flecks, I opted to snort them. The next 12 hours were a blur, but I'm pretty sure I had fun.

I fill mine by driipping about 20 drops through top, taryn spin, 20 through top, spin, 20 more. Let sit about 15-30 minutes and good to go.

I have also used the condom method from battery end, fill condom 3/4 full and then drip filled through top after filling bottom.

I'm not one of the gals, but I used the condom method to fill mine. Used a condom from a regular carto as it was taller and had to fill it twice to get the dual filled up.

Just my (don't spend it all in one place)

I just drip it around the edge, a few drops at a time, until it is starting to leak out the threads. then let it set a few minutes. then blow it out so you can see through it. First hit or two may be a little weak, but after that it is golden.
