Well though i am still a noob to vaping i will add my side effects because i notice i had some similar ones....

Smokes cigs for 15 yrs, Quick 3 weeks ago and have been vaping for 2 weeks or so now.

I vape PG but i am moving to VG juice now ( see below )

week one was a nightmare! I am not sure if i was like this from quitting the analogs or from the ecig. But i felt like i had the Flu! problem was, i had no high temperature, no vomiting and no bathroom problems. But my body was so weak and sore. I was in bed for about 3-4 days....Tired... Couldnt move...Did not want to bother with nobody...Would not eat...It was horrible!

Ok, So that finally passed! I noticed with PG juice my throat felt like a sandbox! I woke up every hour during the night needing water my throat was so dry. I also felt in the mornings my throat was sore at times.

Also, I had a headache i could not get rid of for about 3 days.

After about a week - 10 days everything is ok now...

So now i am using VG juice ( 2nd day ) No headaches, No body aches, No dry/sore throat but NOW i have one problem, I seem to have some sort of acne breakout under and above my lips ( not on my actual lips ) and since i have facial hair, you cannot see anything, BUT there is a clear, sticky fluid draining from them because my facial hair will be hard as a rock when the fluid dries and once cleaned and it starts to drain again, you can feel how sticky this discharge is.

Not sure if this is from the juice, or from quitting and my body pushing out toxins, or what..

But other then that, all other side effects have passed. If i can find out what in gods name this acne is that is leaking this nasty discharge i will be fine.

I think i will stick with ONLY VG ECOpure juice. I dont think its a wise idea to be trying different juice from different places all the time. I think you should find 1 juice that works with you and stick to it, dont go off and have a mass collection of juices from different companies, though its fun and nice to try, you might run into some nasty side effects from whatever ingredients they use in there juice.

mmm, the only negative side effect i have, is that i cant be without a PV for any longer than 5 mins. was smoking 20 a day for 8 years, switched straight over in seconds to my first arrival, an 84mm super mini. works a treat with some 'super smoker' mods lol. that was last tuesday. feeling great. no smell, no 'hangovers' , better breathing.
Today though i do feel a bit funny, but i think that may have something to do with the arrival of my 901 and the 3 different flavours that turned up in my mailbox :)
I love it, have been vaping my .... off. you do need to regulate though cause too much is def not good :)

Smoke Smell Begone - no more stale smoke smell in your hair, your clothes, your home, your car. Downside is once your sense of smell comes back, you're prone to go on a massive cleaning spree - especially if you smoked in your home because you suddenly realize how bad it smells.

I went on a massive cleaning spree in my house and my car. It's so nice to have people in my home and it doesn't smell like smoke anymore.

Well been on E cigs strait for 4 days, and my only bad side affects are, I am exhausted but I can't sleep, my throat is dry all the time (even drinking ten tons of water and gatorade) and a bad cough. I've already got one really great side affect that makes the whole thing worth it, for the first time in like 5 years my sinuses aren't screwed. I generally have to take sinus pills all the time.

This is my second day on e-cigs only. The first day I didn't notice any symptoms. Today I noticed my mouth and tongue were tingly, a ringing in my ears and nervousness/anxiety. I didn't have a fast pulse or palpitations though which are associated with nicotine overdose... I am thinking it may have been the strong coffee I had at work instead, but I'm not sure.

Otherwise I have had no cravings for a real smoke which is great. I only hope the other symptoms are unrelated and go away.

If anyone else had the same symptoms please let me know, and also how long it took for them to go away.

I don't smoking 6 month absolutely.
But I like smoking ritual and sometimes I rely want just do it.
I tnihk I can try vape e-liquid without nicotine and do it not every day.
Last time usually I've smoked 1-4 cigs to week. Just for fun.

I'm scared a little bit. As I read many people had a first different symptoms for a first week when them start vaping.
If I'll be vape seldom I afraid I'll should have that symptoms all time. :)

Anyone vape seldom and none nicotine e-liquid?
What are you feel when start vape after long time life without analog cigarettes?

My skin is super sensitive and and any number of things can cause an acne breakout, I'm getting a mild one in the past few days. I'm on week 3 of vaping, but I haven't given up regular cigs %100 yet I'm down to about 4 or less a day. I did have major nicotine withdrawal the days I've gone with strictly vaping and for me I cannot stay awake when I'm going through withdrawal hope my skin clears soon. Better looking skin is supposed to be one of the perks of quitting smoking

Yes there are many great gains! There are also some not-so-great-gains... obviously the weight thing... but surprisingly body hair... that's right... body hair! Apparently cigarette smoke reduces the body's ability to make hair follicles... or healthy ones at least. Once you stop smoking, the follicles gain in strength and that light peach fuzz on your chest turns into a Nottingham forest. (Paradoxically, smoking actually causes more facial hair in woman.)

I haven't quit long enough to experience any of this yet so who knows... But I am a not-so-hairy fella and hope it stays that way... heh

I was using pg. My sinuses were messing up, kept sneezing. It got worse. Dry throat, dry nose ( it felt itchy up inside nose). Then I got up and inside of my mouth had a bump on right inside. Then my side of face got swollen. And my neck glands felt swollen. Went to doctors and got some antibiotics. He checked me out and couldn't find any reason for it.
Now it's cleared up and I have switched to Vg. I am doing better. But I started getting the sore throat in the mornings again, and real dry nose. I will have to cut down vaping so often, I guess. :(

I drink lots of water, etc. Still get it.

No offense to you at all....why would you want to vape if you are not addicted to nicotine?

For most of us on here it is our only way to get off of the cancer, life shortening tobacco cigarettes.

If I were you I would find a different hobby.

Just saying...

I not vaped for a while and had a big craving, I took in several deep drags and after that is when the heartburn started.

Got really BAD heartburn Pepcid C did NOTHING to help.

I finally took some simple Antacids and it worked.

So far after five days of vaping this is my only complaint. It is a scary one as this heartburn the pain in intense and right in the middle of my chest. If you push on the area the pain intensified.

Feel better now after the Antacids.

I've been vaping for 12 days now and I use to smoke a pack a day.

Here are my results.

Bad:

1. Dry throat. Seemed to drink more fluids, which is good thing. This could be the cause of some peoples ........ also. Just my two cents...

2. Afraid of losing e-cigs accessories. Especially when I go out and drink alcohol.

3. Notice how bad cigarettes smell now and other things also.

4. Do I have enough batteries?

5. Will the FDA screw me because of there ignorance and greed?

6. People ask a lot questions about what you are smoking.

7. How long will it take my e-liquid to get here?

8. Thinking that Chantix the mind altering drug was my last hope. I am not touching this drug! I work in a Pharmacy and I don't hear to many great things about this drug. You will end up taking more drugs to counter all the side effects causes. Does this sound like a gateway drug anybody? But it is FDA approved and they love you for your ignorance!

Good:

1. Sinuses drains better.

2. Have more energy.

3. Fell better.

5. Food taste better. Has a real pop to it now.

6. Not getting out of breath as often as I did before. Example: Yard work or taking short walks. I still think it will probably take a couple months to notice any significant difference but was surprised with the results I got after 12 days.

7. Cigarettes taste like dirt now. I smoked a half cig during my first 3 days. The taste was the first thing I notice first then it was the smell (results my vary). Then I said the hell with cigs. E-cigs taste better.

8. No ashes in my car.

9. The smell of cigarettes has no appeal to me anymore.

10. My long term health. A true health care reform for me.

11. Smokers don't bother me (besides the smell and I thought I would never say this!) and doesn't make me want to smoke nor does drinking alcohol. Just realize the habits are in your mind and they can be rewired.

12. The psychological habits lose strength with e-cigs. You have a major fighting chance with e-cigs. This is why the patch, gum and cold turkey failed for me. Can you really stop a habit in one day? Think about it... It takes time but it can be done...

Funny I think of the same things... and better yet... will my batteries be enough, maybe I should buy a pcc! It has become quite the hobby for me as well... and I have to say it... I don't have the same smoking habits (smoking in the car, after class, before class, after eating etc.... it can wait before I use the ecig) I have noticed overtime that I go through periods where I am really hitting the ecig hard, and times when I can definitely do without.

I have gone weeks without it and then pick it back up again when stressed (better than the alternative!!!)

3 days of vaping 1 day with no juice and smoked a pack of analogs... I was a mess people dit NOT want to be around me at all.

Could NOT relax with even ryo filterless and a snus. A co worker ran over to michaels and picked me up some vg... much happier even the psyche effects than actual nicotine.

As far as the physical aspects, not farting as much as I would have hoped. Dehydrated MUCH easier and drank close to a gallon of water today alone, lung butter was coming up much easier, tasted the horrible coffee I have been consuming might have to cut back on the added shots.

OH yeah all weekend not one sinus headache or tension headache.
