I am accused that I always make something new for all GG units. I was accused that GG units are incomplete because I have always something new to show to all of you. Maybe its time for me to stop thinking and stay to what we have now.

But I cant do that. My mind is always around GG. Maybe I am crazy but the best ideas comes from crazy people.! So I thought of something and I want your opinion. Its an update for GGTB.

What if I dont make new caps for 801 and 510 atomizers but a universal cap that will accept 3 ready to be used connectors that will be always attached on your atomizer? We could clean very easy those connectors because they would be outside GG, we could clean very easy the channel of the front cap that collects liquid all the time, we wouldnt need pliers to unscrew the connector of the front cap, we wouldnt carry caps in our bags and the connectors would be cheaper than the cap with the connector on it.

This would be an update to all current and future users.

What do you think about it?

sounds goood to me, and i would never think like that, i know how dedicated you are to making every GG even better...

O.K. this single cap with different adapters sounds like a good solution for the GGTB.

I just want to throw out two things that would make this new cap system appealing, from a value perspective, for those who have already bought our GGTB's:

1. Variable air draw is one thing that can really make a difference in how units perform with different atomizers. If there is a way to add this feature to the main cap that would be great and yes, I realize it will slightly increase size, material and labor. It is totally worth it though, and the people who know what it is will want and pay for it gladly.

2. Cap connection point made of steel (connectors can still be nickel plated). After all the existing atomizer post on mine is steel, why downgrade? More wear will happen to the main connector so it should be stronger. That means less hassle for the user, the vendor, and you.

Anyway, you know users are going to drop and lose those little connectors, so make some extra for the spare parts section!

Those are my thoughts, except this last one: Have a happy new year!

There are no steel parts on any GG's, the post is either brass or aluminum on them

As another vaper's perspective...

I like the idea of the GGTB (c'mon USPS!!) even over the GGTS for a few reasons, but two of them are simplicity, and a slimmer, smaller size (yes, I realize the GGTS can be shortened considerably, but it's a more bulky device).

I'd rather have that simplicity and small size than variable air draw.

I'd also rather the parts for the GGTB be kept affordable. That is a BIG draw for the GGTB. What other fully mechanical mod is there with that good of a reputation, and that good of a price tag? None, that I have ever found. If the parts start getting into the GGTS range of complexity and pricing, the GGTB starts to lose its identity.

If adding variable air draw would add bulk and cost to the device, I'd rather it be a separate component than the connector cap. Because I just want to be able to use a 510 atty. I don't want a bigger, more complicated, more expensive device. If I did, I'd have set my sights on the GGTS instead. And I'd like to be able to choose to just have the connector, without also having to get more complicated, bigger, and more expensive.

That's just my .02.

I almost agree with Mistress now. GGTB has to stay simple and cheap. We have GGTS for the rest. I also see many devices are coming with full electronics and with many features that shows atomizer's ohms, battery's voltage, systems to bring liquid inside atty with bumps etc. I am not against it of course but those elecronic systems are made to fail soon. They are not made to last, thats not its intensions and thats the reason they dont have a big waranty, something easy to understand. Also they dont give the ability to the vaper to see it as a beautiful piece of collection that it will still work after 30 years. At the end they dont give something special to the vapers, we have already exactly what we need with GG and with some of the updates that I will make soon for it. They are just gadgets that will sell of course but they dont offer anything new exept the variable voltage, something that I am thinking but in a different way than electronics think.

ps.... electronics came to our lifes to make it easier and cheaper but they will never have the thoughts that a complex mechanical device has.

ps2.... I am making now something that will impress the electronic devices and it will still be a mechanical art:)

steel GGTS is on its way BuGG but it will be a little late for a simple reason. The cnc that has already starts making it is too buzy and it makes one part per week. I have made the first tube till now. We will see how it will go.

Transparent tank its a lot more easy but I want you to be a little patient, I am making something real nice. It wouldnt be like the usual transparent tanks:)

ps..... I didnt said anything about a mechanical variable voltage buddy, I am talking about something else:D
