How odd. I have a mini too and had no idea they weren't selling them anymore. I believe the mini 2.1 is only slightly larger, to accommodate an 18490 battery. I'm so glad I was able to get the tiny one it's perfect to hide in my hand.

I thought it was crazy too. I love my 14500 but I think its more of a backup than a main PV due to the battery size. I put it up in the classifieds and someone commented "These are no longer for sale on Reosmods!" So thats how I found out. I was selling it to buy a Grand. It just sold this afternoon. Can't wait to make up the difference and order a Grand. Its going to be my Xmas present to myself :D

Maybe someday I will get a pretty 2nd provari with extender cap & a ZAP in a cool color with a color LED. & a EA clone w/ a genny would be cool. Some new bats and some new RBAS. Then I am going on vape buying vacation foreverrr. :p FOREVERRRR!!! MUAHAHAHAHAHA. I will beat this addiction!!!

One thing I did do today was buy a black end cap and some 18490 batts. I vape the living hell out of this Provari and I find I might want the extra battery life. I did not order the pass through originally, because I would have had to sacrifice my dual USB cig lighter/charger thingy. God forbid that one of my gadgets (phones, IPods, etc) would have to be charged while driving and I would have to swap out the ProVari PT for the USB thingy. ;)

Plus my mini could use a tiny little bit more length, kind of like elevator shoes.

AND a 510 Adapter, so when one of my friends wants to try their juice (or vice versa) on my ProVari, we can do that. AND some extra drip tip condoms (they are really just carto condoms), so if someone wants to try a vape but I, or they are concerned about the sanitary aspect of things, we can do that.

Call me a vape enabler but I would love to see everyone I love healthier and happier!

Are you sure that this lies within the realm of possibility?

FYI...Received Black extender end cap and 18490 batts today!!!!! Loving this, loving this, LOVING this! For one thing, the mini feels tall and smiles at me more often! Seriously, that extra half inch gives me a better grip O_O. Somehow, I know that did not come out the way it was intended....oh noes! And the extra battery life is mahvelous!

It's just a battery....it's just a battery....it's just a battery......I keep trying to convince myself. I bought the wife the Mini Provari for Mother's Day and her birthday. I got the Vamo.....I got the Vamo V3.....I just ordered the SVD......no matter how I try to convince myself it's just a battery......the hits are not only consistent....they're different....no doubt about it. The hits off the Mini are a smoother, better tasting, and gigantic...when using the same delivery device for both. It's just a battery.........now I only use it when the wifey isn't looking, but it's the same result every time.

Thanks to my Provari, today at precisely 3:00pm central time, was exactly 7 days smoke-free!

Thank you, Provari!!!

Out of the numerous times I've tried to quit, over the past 27 years, the previous longest was 50 hours. That was not cold turkey, or from patches, gum, etc..., it was with the egoC. However, with the egoC, I still craved analogs at times. No such problem with my Provari!

Absolutely loving it!

I am ALMOST there. I posted myself as an ex-Smoker because I was 100% smoke free. The ProVari will get me there again.

Unfortunately (not to be Debbie Downer) I lost a dear friend and co-worker of mine this week to colon cancer. He was young (35). He and his wife just had their first baby in June and this is a tragic loss. So I reached for my "security blanket". I am not going to beat myself up over that. Grief does terrible things to people. So, I just keep vaping and being silly on the forums to keep my wits about me. Eventually, this will pass completely.

As to the ProVari, it can completely alter ones preference for nicotine delivery. I told my friend before he passed that I was vaping and not smoking (which was true while he was with us) and he was so happy! Getting back to that now....

Sorry to hear of your loss. It's so hard when it's so young. Our condolences. As for the stinkies.....count the ones you don't smoke and forget the ones you do. Peace

Thanks so much for your response! It has been difficult beyond words. I do like your thought process of counting the ones I never smoke and forgetting the ones I have. That is a really healthy way to view it. (((hugs))) :)

I'd love to hear an opinion on how a Provari compares to a Vamo V3? I know the build quality is better, but does a Provari have a longer battery life? I have a Vamo and it has been reliable except I'd love a longer battery life. I haven't had any other issues from it.

I'm just looking for another reason to spend more then $35.

"Battery life" is dependent on the batteries you put inside of any mod. For longer battery life you should be looking for high mAh. In short configuration the Vamo takes 18350 batteries, which, due to the size limit can't have much more than 700 (that's what I have) or possibly 800 (which I've heard about, but not seen). In it's tall configuration, the Vamo takes an 18650. The highest mAh I currently see on RTD for an 18650 is 2000mAh. Theoretically, 100mAh ≈ 1 hour of use, but it's lower than that for vaping, especially when using variable power. It comes down to how you vape, but for an average vaper, I would say 2000mAh might last about 16 hours. Everyone's mileage varies.

A full sized ProVaro takes 18490 batteries, with an extension cap it takes 18650. The mini takes 18350 and 18490 with an extension cap (although there are other extenders which can bring it up to 18650).

So overall, if battery life is the only issue, you may want to stay with the Vamo and buy more batteries.

Thank you for the info. I think I'll stick with my Vamo :)

Where did you buy your provari? I just made a huge order with provape.com and received a response that their processor was unable to proceed with my credit card payment and if I wanted to continue my order that they would send me info on how to use money order, western union or bank wire transfer. The c/c charge shows on my c/c account as pending. Have you ever purchased anything from provape.com?

I've ordered two Provari's from Provape in the past, no problems with a credit card. I have seen some recent issues being reported about credit card payments, but didn't read the threads. I'll direct you to the supplier's forum and you can search for them yourself.
