I've been comparing the Provari lately to the Altsmoke Silver Bullet. The Provari haters ridicule Provape for not updating the Provari with variable wattage and saying Provari will soon stop being popular because of this, it's falling behind the times and not staying current.

Well, I've noticed more and more threads of people buying Provari's left and right. Experienced and new vapors alike. Even Provape's customer service reps have admitted that business is brisk busier than ever before, requiring the addition of more staff. And yet, you don't hear of a drop off of quality control. Minimally blemished Provari's do exist, and Provape offers them at a discounted price that is hard to resist.

There's really not a more pratical or dependable, always in stock, high-end variable voltage PV available like the Provari. It is a PV for the long haul. No other VV PV offers the security of being able to have the manufacturer service the device for as long as you own it. That's why you get what you pay for.

Back to my anology of the Silver Bullet. It hasn't changed at all since it was introduced some 5 years ago. It has earned a reputation in the vaping community. It is as popular today as it ever has been. Chad at Altsmoke has to work his behind off to keep them in stock.

Both the Silver Bullet and the Provari are like old soldiers than never die, they just keep on working. There will ALWAYS be a demand for dependable, durable, and reliable PV's that are supported by their manufacturer for as long as you own them.

I noticed that ProVape had green LED`s once before but not anymore. Do i have to be worried about them dropping the blue LED also. Just need to know if I should Shoot faster and order this thing.

Provape buys the LED displays I believe from a business in the midwest (Illinois?). For whatever reason, the red LED screens are less expensive for Provape to purchase, the blue is more expensive so that cost is passed on to the consumer. The same goes for the green, its more expensive. I don't recall a time in the last few months when the blue was not available. The green LED has been available only periodically.

I really like the mechanical Mods as well. I wish they weren't so limited edition or hard to find/expensive.

Thats how I feel about RBA`s. Idecidd I was gonna buy the Penelope before I got the Provari, FORGET ABOUT IT! I cant find that thing ANYWHERE, or any other RBA I`m intrested in for that matter. Didn`t realize it was a race to grab those things.

Thanks, that makes me feel a little better. Although if i cant find a good RBA I`m intrested in, I won`t be waiting much longer to order mine anyway. I may not even make it through the night.

Yeah I've been trying to get a AGA T2 for a week now. It's annoying me its not even a high end rebuild-able.

The Oddy and the Penelope look really good to me, and they seem a little easier to set up for a newbie in my opinion. Oh well, growing pains I guess. Promise I wont let another device like that get by me.

I haven't had my ProVari for long, just a couple of weeks, and I love it. It is extremely durable, I had only had it for three days when left it in a long coat pocket and shut it in the car door. The only damage was to the inside of my car door the ProVari escaped without scratch. It seems like the menu system would be a pain to use, until you actually use it. Is really easy to use and the settings can be changed really easily. I think that the ProVari is a great choice as long as it is in your vaping budget.

I just bought my second AGA T2 last night from Mountain Oak Vapors. About $5 more than I had bought my original one, but like everyone has said, these are getting more and more popular and if you really want it you got to pay the pauper. I also found a second vender selling them, but the description doesn't say anything about a glass tank, but it does call it the T2 which is "supposed" to have the glass tank.

I love my ProVari. I've had the same one for almost a year now. It's my workhorse, I never leave home without it. I've dropped it many times on concrete, wood floors, tile, you name it. The thing still works. I also own an EVIC and it gets a little use, but I still prefer my ProVari over my EVIC any day. Here's a pic of my "beat up" ProVari with an ebaron dripper.

I was considering the Vamo vs Provari mini and ended up with the mini. It's more expensive but people kept saying it is a much sturdier mod and I kept reading about people dropping it without a scratch. I'm a major klutz so I tend to bump and drop everything so I leaned towards the sturdier Provari. Also I figured if I get one I'll never need to buy another pv so it's an investment. Very glad I went this route. I've had the thing for 3 days now and I've already dropped it four times: twice on carpet, once on tiles and once on cement... ^_^ I'm happy to report I haven't found a ding on it. Did I mention I'm a major klutz?

Oh and most b&m stores carry Provaris so if you have any questions there is always someone to help you out.

I was looking at the provari last night as well as a few others. Aside from the crazy price of $200, what really turned me off it all of the button pushing. Push 15 times for this, push 17 times for that. Seriously?! For $200 you should be giving me more buttons so I don't have to push them so many times. It would annoy the stuffing out of my and I would end up throwing the dang thing across the room. There are better options for much less, not worth the money to me.

I've never have to push my buttons 15 or 17 times. It's actually a very simple one button menu that took me less than 10 minutes to master. ( I don't even have to look anymore when pushing) I've dropped mine into a jagged piles of rocks and besides two tiny war wounds on the pink finish its still perfect. I'm pretty clumsy so I like that its built like a tank .. Has a good warranty and if I do somehow break it .. It can be fixed. I love that it gives me a consistent vape from the beginning to the end of the battery ( which lasts me all day) love the look and feel in my hand too. :2c::toast:
