A quick question on Co-ops

I have too many posts to ask in the Newbie section, so here goes.

Someone was exploring the possibility of setting up a co-op to buy some variable volt mods directly from China. One of the more senior members posted and said that all coop activity had to be in special threads and approved by ECF management.

Where can I find the co-op threads?
