Warning :offtopic:

How do you like the Taifun GT Mike? I just got one and I'm liking it alot, but the draw is a bit tight. Have you modified the airflow at all?

I don't think the airflow on either of mine is tight at all... Compared to my nautilus, It would be between the 3rd/4 and 4th hole for draw... I find it absolutely perfect, and I like to lung hit frequently...

I'm wrapping 28 gauge around a micro screwdriver the same diameter as the wick slots, about 8 wraps (1.2ohm) and using cotton wick, I don't have any issues at all with it as long as I use enough cotton...

Just checked the Lead Time, unfortunately my order (#28112) didn't quite make it out yet but not worrying a bit- just adds to the anticipation. I'm just uber happy I was able to get an order in before it was too late! Had no idea how quickly this would be all gone. And to think, I was going to wait until I was caught up on my chores, paid my bills and mowed the yard before putting in an order... I'd have missed the boat for sure!! LOL

Off topic alert:
That's me, looking forward to trying it but not looking forward to the long steep. Also ordered some Grandma's Cinnamon Danish and Virus. At least I can enjoy the Virus right away!

6 posts in almost 2 years. You really know how to space 'em out Cobalt! "Welcome" doesn't seem quite right, so I'll just say nice to see you. :)

This is me too. Excited for my 'in the name of science' sampling, but the rest is going into the steep locker until the fat man in the red suit comes dancing on my rooftop.
This made me look at my join date- unreal it was that long ago that I first started lurking here, and too bad that it took until 9-17-14 for me to actually commit to vaping! Better late than never, but I shouldn't have waited so long. Vaping is the best thing to have happened to me in a long time!!! And a large part of that is a direct result of the info and friendly advice I have gleaned from the e-cigarette forum community. So I would just like to say THANK YOU!

Better late than never is right, Cobalt! It should be much easier for you to stay committed now that Nicoticket juice is in the tank! Hope you love everything.

Interesting! I wonder if it has something to do with how I am building it. Or maybe mine is just a little different. It has been my new little darling, but I am very tempted to drill it out to get a more airy vape. I have been building mine with 26 gauge, also 8 wraps around a 3/32 drill bit wicked with cotton. Mine come out to about .8 ohms. I may try 28 gauge and more cotton before breaking out the drill.

I'll be hiding the credit card bill from the missus, but it was an amazingly good call grabbing this while I had the chance. Glad you made it. :)

Welcome sounds like it is in order after all. At least welcome back dude! NT is a darn good way to stay off the nasties - keep that tank loaded up with the good stuff! There's a bunch of helpful and kind folks around these parts of ECF. Fanatical? Yes indeed, they don't call it the NuThouse for nothing. But you've got folks rooting for you. Keep vaping and enjoy that sweet sweet juice. Throw up a thread if you've got questions - you'll get lots of folks eager to help out.

My ACB came yesterday....it was a long day my cousin passed from SMOKING :(....anyways I stuck it in my purse on the way out from the mailbox and remembered it last night late. Opened it up and had a really, really good smell coming from that ACB bottle....I immediately went to NT website to order more without even trying it lol and it is all gone! I hope I can wait until it steeps!!! Smells so good!!! Thank you for the HS too! :vapor::vapor:

I first came to ECF in 2009 to see what all the e-cig 'thing' was about. I thought I might try it some time when I felt I may be able to stop smoking.
Then, last December I tried a disposable just to see if I could go without for a few hours prior to a BP check ...a few weeks later, did it again, and on Jan 28th had my last cigarette - and I'd had no intention or expectation of giving up, because I thought I couldn't!.

ECF has been a mine of information, inspiration & great people ever since.

Better late than never! :)
