After much DIYing,I've found out how important aging is,but I'm an instant gratification type girl. Hot water baths only do so much. That got me thinking, what if I mixed up the PG/VG and flavoring, nuked it,let the mix cool and then add nic juice? In my mind it seems that because of the way a microwave heats that it should really work to age in minutes instead of hours. Has anyone tried it?

Microwaving works the same way as a hot water bath, but I wouldn't directly microwave the flavorings, since some of the flavorings could be destroyed by the spike in temperature. Heating the VG and PG do help them mix together much faster, though.

You can melt the bottle because they heat very quickly, so start with just a few seconds on the lowest power setting.

It is called patience. Mix ahead of when needed.

I wasn't going to nuke in the dropper bottle,my plan was to nuke in a tiny microwave safe container

Yep, those plastic bottles don't hold up well to heat... a friend melted a Dekang bottle when he microwaved it for only 30 seconds or so on High. Fortunately it only contained water, not juice.

Ever seen those TV ads for the gizmo that scrambles eggs in the shell?
I bet one of those could really stir a small batch of juice.
