They have got to be kidding!!!

Here's the link... (see below)

(Sorry if this has already been posted somewhere but I didn't see it.)

I tried to comment on the article but you have to be a subscriber to comment.

What really bugs me is that the purpose of a 'ban on online sales' is to (allegedly) prevent sales to children. That could be accomplished quite easily by requiring a credit card to complete a purchase (since you legally have to be eighteen to have a credit card).

Agghhhh!!!!

Sorry, bad link. Try this one...

All the article says is that FDA wants to prohibit sales of e-cigarettes to minors. ... what is the big fuss????

Because it would ban *all* online sales of e-cigarettes.

"The Food and Drug Administration is considering a ban on online sales of electronic cigarettes, as part of a package of regulations the agency is readying for the increasingly popular devices, people familiar with the matter said."

All that is needed is a national ID card, which Republicans have avoided like the plague. A national ID card will solve a lot of issues: illegal workers, health fraud, social security fraud, welfare fraud, voter fraud, age fraud and and countless other scams that the Republicans want to protect for their organized crime patrons.
