Same batteries in all the mods? It's your batteries. Get new ones from reputable battery dealer, try mooches sources.

This battery was in the one I returned yesterday and it still showed charged. I had taken it out the night before but when I put it in the mod it would not power up. So that solo was returned yesterday and a new one was issued. I used this exact battery but instead left it in the Mod overnight and this is how it looked this morning. Not sure how the battery would cause liquidity water to form in the mod overnight.

I"m thinking that the liquid is coming from a tank leaking at the air holes. I would touch a finger to it and taste. If it has nic in it you'd sense that in the taste. Of course, since it could be battery electrolyte I wouldn't recommend doing that. The smart thing to do it take it to the vape shop and get their opinion.

I still vote for a leaking atomizer.

Your problem of liquid inside the Solo is very strange, it must be your battery because I routinely wash my solo's under running water, almost daily. Being in the construction industry my solo's are filty at the end of each day and the 2 I have still work like day 1.

They gave me a new solo, 2 new batteries plus some 70/30 juice. I’m using the 20-50 watt coil and vaping at 30 watts.

We shall see in the morning. They did advise some of the Vaporesso Swag 2’s where leaking. I’ve seen a few videos of the other Geekvape Aesis leaking through the pods and liquid storing in the front where the information is shown. Very weird.

Good luck. I saw that where some people were having leaking issues but that was the aegis boost pod device not the solo. I’ve got the boost and went over a month with the first pod and coil without leaking.

Are you sure you didn't forget that you dropped the mod in the a swimming pool or a toilet?

Because this is stranger than strange if you didn't.

I’m positive. I thinks it’s the batteries. Woke up this morning and it won’t turn on. I’m not opening or touching anything. I’m gonna let them open it up and see if anything comes out of the battery area. They gave me the Samsung batteries.

I can’t make this stuff up.

The only mods I’ve had fail in ten years were ones where the fire button wore out after years of use. I wonder if the shop would exchange the solo for an aegis mini? It has a built in battery and would eliminate that from the equation.

I will see today when they open. They are just as puzzled as I am. I'm thinking it may be a sign for me to stop. :)

    Who knows.

Do batteries sweat in these devices? Do any of you have a routine at night prior to going to bed to shut down the devices other than turning it off?

I've attached a photo of the battery box and label. Not sure if they are replicas or not.

Same here. I've dropped mods and had them get wet, carried them in a pocket in 90 degree weather, and have yet to experience a hard failure. Just lucky, I guess.

I've had my share of leaking tanks depositing juice in the 510 socket. After a cleaning and o-ring replacement they worked fine. He needs a new one or maybe a brand switch out.

I’ve never had a battery leak or sweat in a mod. I don’t do anything to my gear before bed. I’ve got 12 mods and tanks that sit ready to be used at all times.

I'd still say it something leaking in through the 510. Unless you put a different tank on that mod or move that tank to a different mod it will be hard to find out. You need to start eliminating the variables, but I'd be leery of putting that tank on another mod in case it leaks in that one too.

I've never had a battery leak or sweat either, still waiting to see any evidence of the "Sony Sweat" on any of my cells.
(Not my pic, stolen from the web. ;))

If you're vaping a tank rated at 50+ watts at less than half that i would expect the tank to leak. You wont be vapourising

you might expect it .. but having done it for over 2 years on 9 different coils and 3 different tank designs from geekvape smok and diablo .. it doesn't happen ( 40 - 80 watt coils @ 18-25 watts )

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have seen other people reporting the same. Vaping tootle puffer wattages on subohm coils that would normally need at least 40W to vape. No leaking or gurgling.

These newer larger-style coil heads sure are different than coil heads from 2016 and earlier.
