Hole is there friend, you just cant see it. If you look closer its there. But do you use carts with long extension? If yes, then this extension will cover the atty laser hole and it cant feed the atomizer

I use a Super T tip. There is no hole. I see a burn mark where the laser tried to make a hole but no hole.

I take a metal dental pick and make sure they are open. O also those super T tips were not really a good choice for my AFS use. They have too large of an opening and create a low juice flow problem. Not sure how to explain this but I have tried them and had to go back to the regular mouthpiece from a RN cart with the center part taken out. The smaller diameter hole in the end of the mouthpiece helps you get more juice into the atty.

The hole has to be too small to see - if you try to make one with a drill, the atty will flood and not work.

To all people having issues with the AFS, please read this thread here:

Yes, it's long, but that's because this is a complex product. All questions and queries have already been answered.

I already did. Look guys the hole is not there. I can see the bottom one no problem but the top on only has a burn mark.

The cap without the curve goes on top

I just used it the way it was sent (atty was already in and facing what I assumed was downward). I'll have to check it when I take it apart to mark the hole permanently. Looking at it from the outside, it looks like the bottom cap (my bottom right now) is just a tiny bit thicker.

Debbie concerning the line up:
If you have the AFS set up with the attie inside, unscrew it from the GG and then look at the bottom hole were it is located (the lasered hole is in line with this one), now just use a marker to put a dot on the AFS were the hole is. Don't make it permanent because if you are going to change atties, the hole might be on a different location when you screw it on the GG again.

Harpo,

I believe you when you say that there is no hole, if you have looked closely and it is not there. I can see the hole with my eyes and they are not perfect, it is very tiny but I can see it. On the new i atties, the whole is even smaller, but with no burning marks around it and I can see that one also. My advise: send them back to Rob!

here's a pic. Look at the the mark on the right it's just a burn mark, no indentation at all.

To all GG users:
I always try to make improvements, thats my job. If I stop this then we will not have always better products. I want to remind to all of you that I made a new AFS that is not complex at all, it doesnt leak, it has no learning curve, no laser holes and still automatic without having to push buttons to bring liquid inside atty. Also its more beautiful.:)

Yes of course, thanks for the help and I am trying to do the same here. I just say what will come next so they have to know that they will not have any problem from now on.
I am trying to make better products. I try to satisfy the most dificult customers , so I try to make improvements:)

Small pieces of metal are inside the laser hole so it seems closed. It has to be opened by blowing or sucking air, thats all.

I poked a needle into the burn spot on my 4 extra attys, just in case. I couldn't get the needle in, barely if at all, and wondered if I needed smaller needles.

And then I used a large flashlight and locked myself in the bathroom (hubby thinks I'm crazy :D). I shined the light on the side of my 4 spare attys and saw a little itty, bitty speck of light shine thru, so they must be open.

I'll check the one in the AFS when I take it apart again.

ok, let's get this solved:

Harpo: do you have a pin small enough to put through the hole and that it will come out in the other end?

I dont think that there is so small pin but we dont need it emonty. We need just a pin and the hole will open. I blow the atomizers in a blow machine so holes cant stay closed because air has big strength.

Harpo, if you find a blow machine in a gas station or in a store then blow the hole for 1-2 secs and you will see the hole immediately
