AFS V2 and cartomizers perfected

The lower the hole is, the more liquid will be used by the AFS. If the hole can be at 6mm then all liquid inside AFS can be used

That seems to make sense, but OTOH, but carto'ed afs seems to use almost every drop in the tank...and my hole is higher then the dutch guy's...

I've in other threads that a 1.6mm bit was needed to drill a 901 atty, but I see here that 1.2mm is recommended for a carto. Is 1.6mm to big for a carto?

I am almost sure that you are right Elendil. I am making some experiments with 1,5 and 2 mm holes to check it.

why make it bigger if it is perfect, the flow is constant, no burning taste, the right air intake, flavor, vape, no leaking (0.0) even with CR open all night.
I tried it with 80/20 PG/VG. It might need a bigger hole for pure VG juice, but then the other mix will make the AFS leak.

I think emonty originally used a 1.6mm drill to make his first batch. I thought me and the neighbor may have screwed up using the smaller size drill out of necessity, but it turns out we anticipated the new design without being told. We also misunderstood the instructions and placed the hole higher up than emonty specified. The little suckers still vape like champions.

Bottom line, correct me if I'm wrong, is that this is a pretty simple and forgiving mod on the cartos. They've taken a design I already liked to the next level.

I am talking about the regular atomizers, not cartos emonty

Pictures of the cartos, you mean? I presume you don't want a video or picture of me vaping into the camera.

And personally, I don't want you distracted or delayed for one frakkin' second until the afs for ggts comes out.

I mean results in words. If all of you tell me that something works better with AFS I will do it. You have the unit and all of us together can think more tricks than me alone

I've already posted what I think about the (non turbo) modded cartos on the AFS; hell, yeah! No leaks or seepage, great flavor and vape at either 3.7 or 6 volts. Already enjoyable before, cartos take the AFS to a new level for me. I want to make sweet, sweet love to this mod every day and night; at least until the afs for ggts gets here (cough) (clears throat) (cough).

And sorry, no video now. My vanity won't allow it; not being slender before, I've gained some more weight after all of the recent tragedy in my family.

I meant about the size of the holes that cartos have to have so I can make the proper ones, about the sticker outside cartos as Emonty said, etc.
