Be sure to use some of those cheap no-name Chinese batteries.

Tell him that the economy required us to save a few bucks...

hahahaha thats true waffle:toast::toast:. I will also ask him if he knows a good Chinese factory to produce some crapy cheap GGs:lol:

mike try putting the carto in a electric drill.. just don't tighten the chuck too hard.... do one half then flip the carto and do the other..
I tried that. The problem, you can see in the video, is what happens when the carto isn't fully covered in vg. I'd hate for the glue to "grab" the cloth while I'm spinning it with a drill.

Off current topic, but on topic for thread:
The new 300 series Dremels will not hold onto a standard 1/16th drill bit. It will hold a 5/64th. If you want to make the 1/16th fit, wrap 3-4 layers of scotch tape around the bit, and make sure to use the included smaller collet.

There should be a drill bit chuck-head for your dremel..should of come with unit..if not they should definitely be for sale.

Here's the one: http://www.widgetsupply.com/page/WS/PROD/dremel-keyless-chuck/BCP03

And acetone nail polish remover will take the carto label glue off very quickly and cleanly. No need to dunk it or anything..just wipe with paper towel or cotton ball. Then I just wipe it off with water and dry it...works fine..no funky flavors.

Very nice tips Mike and Duck.
Just for all you peeps (and so people wont have to resort to wrist piercing), I'm getting cartos in with NO labels. :D

That's fantastic news Lisa, I'm sure your GG customers are excited. I read Rob is working on getting sticker-less carto's, maybe already drilled ones too.
The wrist piercing is the trickiest part of the process, body mods like this are fickle. They usually get rejected by the body in months, but I've had mine for 3 years.

I'll be offering drilled ones singly too - for those that don't want the bother of doing them themselves.

Yes, I've heard of a lot of them working their own way out.

Thanks. My Dremel kit didn't come with a chuck, but I'll look for it the next time I'm at the store. Will the chuck hold a 1/16th inch drill bit?

I made the video to show that the glue could be removed with a little effort, without using solvents. Repeatedly inhaling trace amounts of solvents isn't something that I want to do. And because most AFS users vape all day long, every day, I thought the VG method was worth sharing.

Acetone has been rated as a GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) substance when present in beverages, baked goods, desserts, and preserves at concentrations ranging from 5 to 8 mg/L. Breathing concentrations of 1000 ppm caused irritation of the eye and throat in less than 1 hour. LD50 inhalation by mice is given as 44 g/m3, over 4 hours.

I finally got a cartomizer drilled today without killing it. I am so happy. I ordered a drill press for my rotary tool and it is so easy to do now. I love them. I am using one now with my Giant Storm. It is heavenly.

Stormy, great to hear that it is finally working 4 you!!! Isn't it great!!!!! ;)

Rip, they all seem to work pretty good. I used some of PS's and some mystery carts that Stormy sent me, also some V4L carts.

I had to rip open a Vapornine Turbocart for my V1 (they glue the caps on  ) and it appears to have more filling than other carts..which may attribute partially to their performance.

I have had good luck with most cartos,or at least the ones I've tried. I think the extra filling keeps things wetter and is better for 6.0v vaping imhao. (or 7 at your own risk :) )

Only reason I posted those 2 sites is beacuse... I'm going to be honest I want something pretty ... I want a carto in stainless...

I just started vaping ( coming to 1 week here ) and I already totally embraced vaping... I also spent a large sum of cash to buy better equipment... I mean the GG AFS is soo pretty, I just want to whole stainless look... You guys get where I'm coming from ????

I mean if any KR808D1 carto's work then I would just buy these in stainless :

10x5pc Empty Disposable Capsules for KR808D-1 In 3 Colors [KR808D-1] - $40.00 : Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail

cant beat that price for 50 pieces ...
