i'll toss a bump out there. i was hoping to hear when these puppies would be for sale, but as i understand that info is not available yet.

what is everyone's thoughts on whether the Evod and the Kanger T3 will be interchangable? i originally thought yes, but now im thinking no. the tube on the replacable part is larger on the T3 than the Evod...but maybe the mini T3 and evod are interchageable...hmmm

Oh and i just noticed tha tthe silver Evod does not have windows. is that something specific to the silver, or do you think all colors will be available with/without windows? perhaps the non-window ones are all metal without plastic?

I don't think they'll be interchangeable. The setup will be completely different. I'll wait for it to come out, but I think the T3 is still the one for me. Mechanically speaking it's better designed, and the wick and coil different. This one will be tinier, much like a vivi nova head. Depends on the wire used, these might last less. I think I'll stay with the T3 until they discontinue it, and you can have the convenience of two sizes: the full sized for regular vaping and the mini for stealth vaping.

When can we buy one?
How long does a container ship take? Long, and I'm against the env impact of unmandatory container importing but I like boating, hrmm? Anyway, back on topic

Edit: maybe one can buy a minimum of ten straight from Kanger and sell the rest to friends, sorry vendors.

I am going to consider that you are fairly new to ECF. Out in the general forum you can post links to any supplier you'd like.......but when your in a vendors forum that's really bad etiquette to post a link to buy something elsewhere. May I suggest that you edit that out of your post?

T3 mini, Nano and Evod plus my tried and true Phoenix reborn...what to do what to do.
Lord Davon has a you tube review of these and he likes them he said :D I dunno if dat helps you decide or not

"Just as I was goin big stocking up on the T3's now comes 4 itty-bitty's to choose from."

Ditto. I see this in so many product industries, now I find it in vaping. What a low blow that they just had to make the EVOD heads not fit the T3s if that's how it ends up. They upgade things just enough at a time to keep us buying the new ones. What makes the most sense to me right now, and I'm not a vaping expert, so there might be even better options, but I think the perfect 'cheap' clearo would be:
ego threaded so it's more compact and also stout so it's more compact and puts the coil closer to one's mouth for a better hit.
Glass tank bcause it's healthier and won't crack with certain juices. Tank enclosed in metal with windows so that it doesn't break if dropped.
Replaceable tip because aparently no one likes the stock ones either.

Maybe a small SS wire could be driven by a sub 1000mah battery and put into 'cheap' clearos and make for a better and healthier hit, I'm not sure, but besides the wick I think I named what we all want, and the manufacturers know we want, but they can't out do it as easily with the next product.

I bought all types of MT3 heads that will last half a year if maintained, but now I want the EVOD because it holds just a little less juice but will give a better hit because the tip isn't so oversized like MT3's and I have a 1300mah ego so an EVOD carries easier in a pocket. Plus I have a small 650mah set up to give someone in hopes they prefer vaping to smoking and want to give them a bottom coil rebuildable, a MT3/T3 might look rediculous to them on it, then I found the mini T3 and was was gonna get that but three days later I find EVOD which is even better.

However, I probably can't just blame Kanger tech for being greedy and manipulative because they might have to be like this in order to profit. IOW, the cost of manufacturing equipment and other manufacturing overhead might be as if a small company can't just enter the game and build the perfect PV hoping to profit for a year or so untill another game changing idea comes out because they might not be able to afford the overhead of marketing, shipping, labor, materials, etc. Kanger/Manufacturers have to play by the rules that are already set.
sorry long rant.

Oh well just grabbed an MT3 and a couple mini's cause i really like the T3's... I guess i will be buying a couple of these too.

Well played Kanger.. Well played

But i can't blame them for altering and releasing a design people love and capitalizing on it. Business is business, I know it sucks as a consumer but when you have something thats hot, you really need to strike while the iron is hot before someone else beats you to the punch.

Thanx Monkey Momma..I watched it, but he left a few unanswered questions:

1. Does the breather tube come off the coil head exposing the wicks like the T3's
2. Is the skirt diameter smaller enough to fit the Vamo without an adapter (same circumference as the stardusts in other words)
3. Does it use the "flavor" wicks like the T3's

now you're making me try to remember what I watched all the way back to this morning Zippey  :laugh::laugh: The little wick thingy coils is like the picture up above. they are tiny replaceable ones so you don't need to buy the whole bottom unit like the T3's that much I remember :laugh::laugh: Not positive but didn't he say ....he thought he 'would' tell them.... it would be better to make the skirt smaller in the future meaning they aren't smaller yet ?

Yes Mam' I noted awhile back that Kanger probably designed these to cut manufacturing cost, as now you don't have to buy a whole base unit. Which makes good sense, but if you can no longer "tare em apart" to clean them, then this is a step backwards. Of course I'm looking at this through a consumers eye. If the breather tubes can indeed be removed to expose the coils, then these look to be a clear winner.
