The smaller the battery the shorter your vape time will be, just a fact of vaping life. 14500s and 18350s are pretty much the same capacity, just different form factor, so looking at what other people are getting on either size should give you a good idea. Of course your times will vary a bit depending on your resistance, how you vape and at what point you change your batteries. I get about 2-3 hours on that size battery depending on what I've got on top of the mod

Have you tried turning both the ring and the button at the same time? When I got mine it took awhile to wrap my head around that that's how it works.

Yeah,
I finally got it to twist an lock. Now to find the right slim tank among the vast array of tanks out there. I can't even keep up.

Got mine in the mail today! Unfortunately it is an xmas present from my parent....took a peak; don't tell.

My lock has no issues; kind of wish you did not have to turn it so much. I like the mods that have 1 full revolution or less. I'm also wondering now if I should have got the brass lock ring rather than polished ss. Either way, it appears to be amazing and tiny!. Can't wait till xmas so I can try it out. Waiting for sm atty to come in as well. Got a spheroid and igo-s coming (gotta have these to be able to use this little beauty).

I think this just might be the perfect size for many purposes. I have some other mods coming too along with an assortment of different batteries and sizes. When everything arrives, I can start to figure out what size I like the most. Can't wait to be able to own more Super T mods, etc.!

Okay, here's a tip for your future considerations: The Simplicity 18xxx series' switch locks you actually have to turn *more* than the 14500.

Good choice with the Spheroid, its on my "want someday list" You might keep an eye out for a Penelope by GG. Nice and its the same diameter. Great sleek look.

I prefer the vape from the Penny over the Spheriod, but both are excellent RBAs. The Penny is actually 1mm wider (17mm OD) than the Simplicity 14500, but it still looks great on it. Another option would be the Kayfun mini, which I believe is 14mm OD.

I picked up the adjustable center pin top cap. The underside of mine was scratched on delivery I guess from them checking to make sure it worked. Not really bothered by it but made a face when I saw it. Center pin works as expected, 2 more air channels on this cap vs. Stock cap as well.

Still waiting for an 18xxx to come in stock and pair it with a strada pre-order.

I must have missed these. I do not have the experience that many of you have, but I am loving my Spheroid. It is an awesome atty IMO. I believe Snork was right.

Thanks, Thats a bummer, but I think this is minor enough that it would not sway me away. Now to decide on which size I would like best. I wish David offered the other tubes seperately. I honestly think that the 18490/500 is my favorite size. Its not too big not too small, But I am not a fulltime vaper as many are. It would be nice to be able to pick one, then get the other 2 tubes for variety.

How these feel in YOUR hand is a personal matter... and the following is only my 2 cents...

The 14500 and the 18500 are the same length... the difference is 16mm vs 20mm diameter. The 180xxx gives you lots more battery life, and the 14500 is a little more compact.
The adjustable post makes it handy to adjust for the slight difference in battery lengths, as well as getting a good fit on a tank...
The bottom button is adjustable also... with the washers and o-rings... It can be a little tricky to fine tune..
The old style isn't adjustable but, I never had any battery issues.

Since both are out of stock, David might make the decision for you..

Im having a problem with our Simplicity 14500 I guess we have the Old style because we bought the adjustable centerpost separate awhile back... the problem is I think with the bottom post that makes contact with the negative side of the battery when ya fire...the bottom pin seems to be scar'd with black marks and the same with my batteries on the negative side, the whole bottom section gets fairly warm around the Fire button and I barely get any power to my coils is that bottom post suppose to be plated or something? ive tried with 3 different AW IMR 14500 batteries as well as old and New coils and I get the same outcome, yet I can put the same coils on my ELA and blow clouds.. whatever is going on its making our 14500 almost un-usable....Any ideas? I emailed SuperT lastnight but I don't expect to hear anything until Monday.

Sounds like you have a short somewhere. Have you tried different attys?
