I can't edit the above post so I'll add to it here. The agreement I had with Rob was that I would send the two atties I had an issue with back once I got in the two I ordered (I wouldn't have any atties otherwise and I wasn't havin' that!) from him.

Suffice it to say, I got my two atties in today, plus two more.

I ordered a BSB and on the e-mail receipt it said SB silver. I immediately emailed back and asked for the black.
Then I went to the web site and sent another e-mail on the ask for help thing.
I've received know replies from either e-mails.
Today in the mail I received a SB silver.
I couldn't for some reason get to my personal information on the web site.( I kept getting a blank screen.
It took several tries to order.

Ordered a BSB on Saturday 03/06. Received shipping confirmation/tracking number on Sunday evening (03/07). Got my package on Wednesday. Had no doubt I'd get great service from Rob, but figured I'd stop by to say thanks! Love this BSB - it's a beast!

I just woke up and already in a bad mood. I checked my email, nothing (from altsmoke), checked my order status, "Processing". I go to look up contact information so I can call and get answers to my questions, nope, can't do it. So far, I'm pretty ....... I placed a $200 order with them, and I think I'll cancel if I don't hear from them today.

Ok, so here are my issues.

I got all excited about the BB from the reviews I saw. This would be my first mod, and fit my requirements. Then I discover that it wont do 6v, but that is ok, because I found on altsmokes' website at htps://altsmoke.com/sales/order/view/order_id/3627/

Do you enjoy higher voltages?
We don't recommend stacking batteries in any of our devices, and sadly this is the ONLY way to achieve higher voltages. Well not anymore! Check out the Enercell items from Radio Shack!

Sent an email asking aboiut this, and to confirm.

Ok, decided to place my order. being the web site stated these were "IN STOCK" $192.52, the applied the 10% discount, $9.38, whoa, I know it's been awhile since I was in school, but that doesn't look like 10%, does it? I'm pretty sure it's not even 5%. It states on their website 10% off first order, that it.

Sent email asking about this as well.

I wake up (I'm up all night, sleep all day) and check up email, NOTHING!

So in a nutshell, not happy with Altsmoke!

I have nothing but good things to say about AltSmoke. The products are quality, each PM I have ever sent is answered in a prompt and helpful manner, and I am elated that they decided to accommodate the BB users out there that require 6 volt vaping. Is your answers right there, the 10% doesn't work on BB/SB units but does work on the accessories. I'll double check my email, but didn't see an email inquiring.

Responded to two out the three that you just submitted recently. The issue with using the feedback@altsmoke.com is that it is not checked that frequently as it is used mostly for site/product feedback to be posted.

Most people send their messages via:

Or use the Contact Link or the Live Message Link.

As for the closing, that was last week and has been removed. The other messages were responded to already (a few minutes ago). But it does take some time to go through the emails and may take as long as a day to respond. Just depending on the volume that we do receive, sorry for the inconvenience. The product is schedule to go out tomorrow.

To answer your question, the first one is only true using the passthru. We don't suggest using any mod with stacked cells and if this the route you would like to go please be aware of the risk that are involved. These devices were made to support 14500/18650 Protected Batteries.

Not exactly the best place to be spamming the board to get your post count up!

Since you're obviously a newbie - passthroughs don't use batteries - maybe you should go to the Beginner's Section and ask questions there about all things vaping to get your post count up. Might learn something too!

Their hardware and accessories are all the best quality first off. When you order something, you get immediate shipping, usually the same day, and you recieve it within 2-3 days. Whenever you have questions, or problems (which is rare) Rob is right there to help you, and no matter how new you are, or how many questions you have, He is always more than happy to help. At one point, We exchanged maybe 5 or 6 emails in one day, and that was just with me! Altsmoke was my first vendor experience in the e-cig and mod world, and although I have tried other vendors which may share some qualities, like fast shipping, Only Altsmoke shines in every aspect of quality AND commitment to custumer service. Sorry about the spamming, but if I (we?) could edit our posts, I'd have put it all in one.

Spoke with Rob, and we worked everything out, and decided to swap the BB for the (black) Silver Bullet, minus the passthrough. (it was only available in silver) Rob is/was more than accomodating, thanks again Rob!

Yes, I am still a noob, but one that has done much research, and spent way more than I should have, but WTF, it's fun and I can afford it. I do and did know what a passthrough is, I just misunderstood what was being referenced to.

Looking forward to my first mod!
