Just tried the Djarum Black last night... I think this was the very first disappointment I've had. (I find the plain cherry a little too sweet but ok in very small doses once in a blue moon, but this stuff was REALLY bad! everything else from this place is great so far!) This stuff was so strong I blew out my atty and washed my filler & cart and refilled with a plain tobacco flavoring- and THEN it tasted like a real Djarum Black! I was going to throw it away but I changed my mind- maybe only a drop or 2 of this stuff mixed in a minimum of at least a few ml of tobacco juice and it might be pretty sweet! This little 10ml bottle is probably gonna last me FOREVER! >.<

I was just thinking of doing exactly that. I liked the clove well enough, but it hit like a mac truck! I just cracked open my sample tobacco flavor bottle the other day, and I think it mixed with the clove might be really nice
I love mixing just little bits to take the edge off flavors that might not get used without doing so.I've ordered probably 40 different flavors of juice, and I think out of all of the different flavors and vendors I've tried, Blackberry Champagne from American E liquid is the best flavor ever!
Received my sample pack today. While they honored all my flavor requests, I don't think they added more flavor like I asked. Everything came in plastic bottles and the glass bottles I ordered were packaged well.
I got: 2xBlackberry Champagne (one for a friend), 1xMenthol, 1xBlack Cherry, 1xButter Rum. Everything was VG and 6mg/ml UltraLite. Good thing I got it in 6mg, otherwise I probably would have poisoned myself trying all the flavors.
I couldn't taste any of the flavors on my tongue - bummer. This happens with most liquids I encounter. However, I have found that doing a mouth/cheek inhale and then puffing it out into my nose lets me smell the delicious flavors.
Blackberry Champagne - I was most excited about this one, and it was the flavor I loved the most. Beautiful flavor. so subtle, and such a tease that I can't stop vaping it. I probably did half a pack's worth of analogs within the first 30 minutes of filling my cart up with this. Get it.
Menthol - The second best flavor. Strong enough, and though I would have preferred stronger, odds are you'll be very satisfied with it (for me, the stronger the better). The first few puffs, and I couldn't contain the smile spreading across my lips. Awesome awesome flavor. I love feeling the menthol go down my throat and fill my lungs.
Butter Rum - Did not care for it much. The liquid itself smells like nasty alcohol (at first I thought the isopropyl I used to clean my atty was still present or something, but then I smelled the liquid itself and there it was...). The taste is definitely buttery, and if you're into butter rum maybe you should give it a try. But not for me, and if you don't know what butter rum tastes like already, I recommend the above flavors more.
Black Cherry - I didn't get much time to try this because by this time I was dizzy from vaping too much, but it was a decent flavor. A tiny bit like cough syrup or cheap cherry candy but better tasting than that. I would rate this below Menthol and Blackberry Champagne, but above butter rum. I plan to try a black cherry x menthol blend in the future.
Throat hit for all of them was definitely to my liking. I am a "low throat hit" person who needs a little bit of throat hit, but not much because it hurts. This was the balance I was looking for. Excellent.
Vapor production was not as much as I had hoped, but definitely better than StrictlyEJuice's Melon Mint, which is the only other e-juice flavor I have ever purchased. Obviously this is because of the difference between PG and VG.
Overall I would definitely buy Blackberry Champagne and Menthol again when I run out of these flavors.
Shipping speed is something to compliment as well. I ordered Friday afternoon, past a reasonable time they could ship it. However, they ended up shipping my order on Saturday (wow, who works Saturdays?!) and I received my order today, Monday. So including the day I bought it, the shipping time was 4 days.
I highly recommend this e-juice supplier. Although I was disappointed that they couldn't add more flavor to my order, no other supplier in the world would anyway, and OP just kind of spoiled us, that's all. Heck, maybe they did mix my flavors to my request and my taste buds are just completely impervious to vapor flavor.
If you're having difficulty tasting any flavor like I have, try the technique where you puff the vapor into your mouth with your cheeks, then open your mouth and slowly force the vapor out while breathing in through your nose. This lets the vapor go through your nose and you can smell it as it goes into your lungs.
I would really like to see a Vanilla flavor added.

Try dripping one drop of BB Champagne or Chocolate Tobacco with one drop of the menthol onto your atty mixing is fun and helps you use your flavors evenly

I just wanted to chime in here, I got a sample pack bb champagne 0 nic, blackberry 0 nic, keoke coffee 0 nic, cherry cheesecake 0 nic and tobacco 6mg. all in vg ( they also have pg JK.) and I must say cheers to american e liquids!!!! every flavor has been good to me except the cheesecake which while it smells just so it tastes terrible (to me and friends at least.)
the blackberry delivers a good th even at 0 nic. no kidding!!
tobacco is as good as any I've tried (should have got a stronger nic level tho)
the bb champ is awesome, subtle and tasty definitely an all day vape
but the coffee is amazing!!! just like coffee and good joe at that. vaped almost all of down in the first week one of my favorite e liquids of all time and as a former heavy smoker i've plowed through alot of juice ( 3-400 ml since the end of january)

So, I got an order of 15 mg/ml VG sweet tobacco, and 15 mg/ml Menthol and the Djarum Black.
Yes, I got the same uber-strong anise/licorishe flavor. I also made a mistake and had ordered it in 60ml of the 36mg/ml Nic strength.
So, I sent an e-mail about it, still a little grumpy, last night. complaining about the 'Black' flavor, and asking how to cut the juice.
I get, not just an e-mail, but also a Call this morning from Don. Not only with the info, but that they are sending me a replacement from the 'Black' that is more of a clove/tobacco mix, and the Nic-free, non-flavored PG i need to cut what I the DJblack. Also letting me know they have had others make the same criticism. (Is he on here?? *lol* ) I checked a little while ago, and it's already shipped.
Good Customer service means alot to me, and I expected some mis-fires as I began to try vendors for juice...so I am *very* impressed. if the clove/tobacco mixture works, I'll be very happy overall.

I tried out the Tobacco flavor and didn't like it. To me it was some strange perfume flavor. Nothing I could quite name as an exact flavor... but I didn't enjoy it at all. I may try mixing it with something else to see if I can use it in some way or a may give it to my friend. She sometimes likes things that I don't... taste is a very personal thing!
Tobacco-sweet is nice and subtle. Kinda reminds me of the smell of when you first open a can of pipe tobacco.
Tobacco-cocoa is awesome in my opinion. Smooth and dark chocolate flavor to me. One of my top 5 liquids @ this time.
Tobacco-Virginia Flue is okay. Nothing really stands out about it for me. Something I will probably mix with other juice that needs to be toned down.

Actually, It's not a change he's making to the Djarum Black, from what I know. I got the feeling it is a mix someone found when playing around, but I'm not commenting on the clove/tobacco mix till I have it and have tried it.
I second that. I am sure they are a great business and their juice is great for a lot of folks, just not for me. I barely got past the smell of the package and innards to drip some Tobacco. Even after double ziplock bagging and putting it in a metal cookie tin, Mrs. Mal respectfully requested I put it out in the utility shed to dodge the perfume smell.
I had absolutely no issues with the transaction and they get a thumbs up in that department. Again, I am sure they are a great business and their juice is great for a lot of folks, just not for me. They might want to use glass for their more flavorful VG based juice.
I got a bottle of the Djarum Black last week, and I agree, this stuff no joke. When I ripped the padded packing envelope open, I thought the bottle had leaked - that's how strong the smell was. Upon closer inspection, there was no leak. It's just that potent.
I first tried dripping a couple drops directly onto a 510 atty. Big mistake. I love clove and all (that's why I ordered it), but this was insane! My tongue and throat went instantly numb (nice), but the flavor was so overpowering, it made me gag after a couple hits (not nice). Three alcohol baths and over a dozen carts worth of other flavors, and that atty still has a hint of clove to it.
I will definitely be making use of this liquid, but certainly not as-is. I'm thinking of getting some French Pipe or other rich tobacco flavor to cut it with.

I got some Dekang tobacco flavored liquid and mixed it with the American eLiquid clove at 4-to-1. Now it's great! Perfect Djarum flavor, and not gag-inducingly powerful.
I just got my order from AELS today. All the flavors have a perfume-y smell to it. One of the flavors I got was Black Cherry, it tastes like a Sucrets lozenge. The Buttered Rum smells like rubber cement, I can't bring myself to vape it. I haven't tried the other flavors yet, but from the way it's going, I'm not too hopeful.
I tried their flu cured tobacco and the regular tobacco I have to say I was not pleased with it. Both were a pink color. All of the other tabacco flavors I have tried have not been pink, I tried to mix it with other liquid but it over powered the taste of that liquid. I cant get the taste out of my atty. I guess I will let it soak for a couple of days.
I just got in some Flue cured flavor and its almost clear, nice taste to.
Mix with 60mg unflavored to 18mg at 20%
