Good rob its been a long time coming for a reo rba. Once you get a good design in, which I'm sure you are close to make a drawing and cnc 5000 I them lol if u need ideas let me know ill let you have my goby drawing if u like. Goby fits all reos
No my friend I am not getting into the atty designing game . I predict in six months maybe sooner from now the Chinese will have it all covered . I cant see it you put all the time and effort in and 2 months or less later they take it and sell it for a couple bucks . I will take there atomizers and make them work for my mods . Anyone thinking there going to build expensive atomizers is in for a rude awakening imo

I would be willing to pay much more for something that was all SS or brass. Something made in America and I for sure knew the materials used. I think the Chinese ones are functional but I think they are made to break eventually. I think my Chalice and ERA will be vaping long after my Chinese clone messes up.

No concerns about the lead content in brass? Brass mods I can see, but in a brass RBA, the juice would be in direct contact with the brass, I'd be worried about leaching. Stainless would be incredibly cool, but if the price is low enough on these nickel-plated jobs it'll be a totally valid tradeoff. In either case, I'd happily pay more if it was all MIA.

No worries there they will have both them models for $3 bulk orders soon enough . The chalice and the era are both going to last a long time. As soon as there a little more popular the clones will be in shops everywhere for $20 We have all seen it happen

I here you Dave but I am not jumping in at this point I have enough on my plate . Down the road maybe but I still think the market is going to be flooded with them in a few months and most people will buy the cheaper product if they have a choice .

I would worry about it no more than you do about the water you drink or cook with from the tap!

Well, I'm concerned about the lead in the brass leaching into the ejuice. I'm careful what I eat and drink.....no processed foods, no fast food, only filtered water, no soy, etc.......

I would be happy to spend the money on two good SS RBAs that would work with the Reo Woodvils. I understand that there is an issue with the ERA working with the Reos and I don't mod anything myself. I also understand that the Chalice is hard to get..........and I will probably only buy a RBA with a vertical wick as I find them easier to work with........I use SS mesh and 32 Kanthal on my APVs..........no cotton or silica wicks here.........

Yes, I'm picky..........LOL

I hate to break the news folks but most atomizers and adapters are made with brass. We all have brass in are water lines as well. If we were heating brass with a torch I would worry . I am not worried about brass never have been .I should mention the chalice has brass in it as well .
Oh no......., Whatever will I do with that brass monkey when the cold weather hits?

Well here is the deal, in order for the brass to be plated it must go through a cleaning process that removes the lead. Electroplating will not adhere to lead or material with lead residue. There is a special process the must be done, so if I worried at all about it, I would worry a little less.

I'm not worried about plated brass - I was just responding to the thought of an all-brass RBA.
