I am not finding any real demonstration/how-to's in this so called workshop. All I am finding is that they are searching for data as it relates to explosions, asking for ideas on how to minimize the risks, etc. Nothing about ohm's law or how to use them correctly to stay safer with use.
This workshop is only gathering ideas, etc. So to me, nothing more than a back-handed way to gather info and 'show' how the FDA is doing 'something'.
What a waste of funds and time.
They're simply gathering information to support the position that closed ENDS systems with built in battery protections will be safer for the public than current battery use. Essentially, as long as there are folks around who are just plain too stupid to use a battery safely, they would improve the situation by simply eliminating the ability of idiots to blow themselves up by keeping those evil batteries out of their hands (and pockets).
