...Anesthetic eliquids?!

So I just received a sample of Atomic Fireball, and it seems a bit... Off. This isn't a review of this specific juice though.

The bottle arrived full of more of a thick cream rather than a liquid, and upon dabbing a bit on my tongue, my tongue went numb as though this stuff were oragel.

...is this a normal thing for cinnamon juices?

That looks very sketchy to say the least, I would not try to vape that at all!

I have 100% VG for my DIY and it is still in a fluid form.

Please do not vape that or use it for anything, who knows what the heck is in it...

I got an email back from the maker, and he says it's a reaction from being frozen - stuck it in a clay dish, heated in the microwave for ten seconds, put it in a new bottle, and it's good to vape.
They're sending me another bottle anyways, which is awesome of them.

Question still stands though - why is it anesthetic?
