Also look up Dr. Gopal Bhatnagar who is a Canadian cardiac surgeon, and the Head of the Cardiovascular Surgery unit at the Trillium Health Centre. He has some Youtube videos debunking a lot of the junk science.

EDIT: If all of the above doesn't convince them, then nothing will get them to stop swimming in "de Nile".

Forget it.
I dont argue on FB, but on other forums. The cigarette topic is always horrible and makes blood shooting out of my ears.
The common "opinion" is that Nicotine causes cancer. You just cant get it out of peoples heads. I still mention it every time and watch my posts get downvoted...its pointless.

Vaping leads kids to blowing vapor rings on FB. I thought vaping was a means to help people quit smoking but now it's on its way to becoming an Olympic sport.
