Well, whatever it was that caused it, I hope their auto insurance will cover the expense on that interior mess.

My guess is the car will be totaled. Difficult to get smoke out of a car's interior.

I was wondering how they'll get the foam out of the car. I wonder how much of the interior actually burned. The only bright spot is that for having a two battery mod cook off in an enclosed space like a car there were no injuries. Cars can be replaced.
