Apologies, been a little remiss & distant. Thank you for the contest and winnings.

I am having a day. Seems everything is blah despite knowing it is not. Dang mental stuff. Will be fine as it seems to haunt continually, more so at differing times. I manage it. Maybe sometime will find means to effect change via addressing the root cause. Not exactly holding my breath for that. I keep on, keeping on. Push through.

Excuse me, going to practice some relaxation stasis technique. A.K.A Go watch a movie and pass out after it gets five minutes into it, with Shrek. We got to fight that sleepy monster in the bed. It keeps whooping his mom every evening. He gets Papa to growl at it, he punches it and then we both go out like lights.

I feel you. I fell asleep as soon as I got home yesterday, with the intention of waking up and having a night. I woke up this morning instead!

Likely because it's a mouth to lung setup. Better for flavour and higher PG juices
