Rats, I was afraid of that. I've been reading alot of negative stuff the last couple of days. I guess you have to prime them with some juice. It is your fault I bought mine.lol I didn't want you to get one up on me. I should've waited but I never learn. I said after I had problems with the Giantomizer I wouldn't buy the first ones out anymore. I won't get mine until Monday so maybe you will have them figured out by then.:2cool:

Yeah it has a me a bit perturbed. Especially with the first two hits being awesome 'Teaser" hits. LOL Hopefully I will get this bugger figured out and have it fixed soon. I will keep everyone posted on the status as it changes. I am charging an eGo-T 1000 mAh right now, I am going to see if perhaps having a full charge will effect it's performance at all.

If you use Google translate, you can read a lot about it in the German forum:

Piper - Der Test

Iche Spreche Deutche, aber nicht zer gut. :D

It looks to me based in the reviews on this site that it has performed admirably. I am thinking I just got one that was damaged during shipping or something like that, or perhaps just a dud. Should have a replacement for it though from what it seems based on the response from the vendor because it is considered DOA.

That is awesome Kellie :D Hehe I hope my replacement will work like that, I really like the vapor production and taste on it. Even though I only got two draws before it died they were very good quality draws. I am sure I just got a bum atty that was doomed from the start.

Here are some photos of my turbine. I've had it for one week to test it out completely. First I'd like to make a note that if yours is not firing try this:

1) Atty photo tank side.

2) Atty photo batt side. Careful to note the position of the disc in center of the atty.

3) This is the firing position of the plunger/disc thingy on my batts. If yours is not firing pull this out slightly with tweezers or needle nose pliers.

4) This is how it looks after I pulled it out a bit. Screw your batt back on and the battery should push it far enough in that it will still remain in contact with the battery. If it is pushed in too far it will not fire. I hope this helps anyone who has a turbine that won't fire.

On to my review! Okay so I'm not really impressed with this very much. I use an ego-t and was quite disappointed to find that the vapor production on my new Turbine was worse than my old 402. After a long draw I only get a puff of vapor and the equivalent throat hit. I use VG blend juices so vapor isn't normally an issue for me. My ego-t pumps out vapor like a fog machine, but this.. this Turbine is more like a weak fart in comparison. I would like to say that the feel of the mouthpiece is nice and more comfortable than the whistle tip on my ego-t.

I just got mine in the mail. Filled up and was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised. It was very easy to fill just stuck the tip of juice bottle in the hole and filled it right up. No messy little cap like the eGo tank. I didn't prime it first just stuck in the tank gave it a couple of shakes and started vaping. I got a couple of weak hits and then it started going and I've been using it about four hours now. I got a couple of weak hits and just reseated the tank which is quick and simple and it has been going good ever since. No leaks, no juice in the mouth and no dry hits. It looks much better than it did in the video, I got a stainless and it looks real nice and well made. The whistle tip is really nice much better than I thought it would be. So far it is working better than any carto I've tried besides my Go-Go carto. I wanted something for all my Ego/Riva batteries and I think I've found it but I'll see if it continues to be consistant. It looks and works real good with my 1000 ego batt. It is easy to tell you have juice left by tilting and let juice run into the see thru mouthpiece.
I'm glad I ordered it the first day before all the negative reports came out because I'm sure I wouldn't have after reading some of them. Mine is working good and if it continues I will be ordering more. :2cool:

He said something about having to line up the tank (never a good sign for comfortable button use - if the tank has to be lined up with something in the atty and can't spin, that would be a bummer).

That's a really good question. Could anyone answer it? I always line my tank up so that the button is lined up with the flat side of the whistle. That way it sits perfectly on my thumb or index finger when I take a drag. I'd be mightily annoyed if this new tank wouldn't allow that.
