Anouncing NEW PRODUCT 510

Guys, I need some thoughts about 510. I am still looking for the right forum link that discusses it.... I have 510 manual and find it that after I fill the cart, it only takes me
about 10 puffs or less before it starts to taste burnt. What am I doing wrong?

I have the same problem but I just keep adding juice. I am thinking that I am not properly filling the carts.

That's pretty lame that you are advertising your own site in Nhalers sub forum.

That was my thought at first glance as well. However, after checking it out, the link is perfect for clarifying how good of a deal Drew has going on.

I mean at ---> Price: $179.95... that would mean 50 carts costs 109.95! And that is before you lose 15ml of liquid!

How to solve the 510 cart problem lol again

Take a two hole coffee straw(one hole also works), and then cut an edge to it. Then stick the straw in it with the edge facing the cart mesh(on the side of the cart), and cut it off level on the top.

It will then hold a monster amount of e-liquid, and the vapor production is also improved.

The carts should come standard like this....first one I did was with a wire that I just striped the copper out of. Also worked really well.

DaMulta - will give it a go. I am JS user, and after reading how good 510 is, ordered one (or 2 =)
But man, it just goes through the juice like crazy! Maybe I should stick with my JS =(

Wow Drew.. I just noticed you posted this about the 510. I wish I had known, I just ordered one Monday from another supplier, and I didn't think you carried them. Well the bright side is, if I love it as much as I think I will, I'll be needing a backup kit, parts, and supplies. I'm sorry I didn't check this forum or your site before I ordered.

I think the flavor going away with the 510 is because the wicking of the juice into the mesh isn't as fast as how much the hot atty can use it. I found that if I started loosing the flavor of the juice that putting down the ecig for a minute or so would bring the flavor back. Now waiting each time was just not something I could do, I like chain vaping too much lol. So I found that if you take a few puffs without pressing the button to "help" along the juice, then the flavor comes right back. Fortunately this works great with the manual battery since your not running the atomizer while doing this like on an auto battery. Only problem is it sounds pretty silly with the tight 510 cart, kinda like someone slurping on a straw or someone that needs to blow their nose.

So I found that if you take a few puffs without pressing the button to "help" along the juice, then the flavor comes right back.

I tried your tip to "help" the juice along and it works like a charm. (I am a noob with the training wheels still on).

The straw works quite well . I've also snipped the back end of a ball point pen where the ink is gone

I mod all my 510 carts with the coffee stirrers, I got tired of trying to convince my way too honest self to walk out of the store with them instead of buying a cup of coffe to get them, so I found a box at Walmart for about a buck and now have all I want.

It works very well and not only does it help with not having to add juice so often, but I seem to be getting more flavor from juice, but that may just be me.

Everyone ought to at least try it. Just make sure the straw is below the lip of the cart and off to the side and that the top of the filler is above the level of the straw. Also, when you cut the straw, glance at it and make sure the scissors did not pinch it closed. Made that mistake and thought it was not working....
