Any F1 fans?

It's about 2 weeks till the Australian GP and I know we have a lot of members from all over the globe on here. So I was wondering how many Formula 1 fans we have? If so who is your favorite team and driver? My wife and I are major Kimi Raikkonen fans we also get up to watch all the races live here in the States(which most of the time means around 4am out here in California). I know it's been a long off season and we are dying to see how this year plays out.

I was wondering the international flavor here would stir up some F1 talk as well, but you're stuck with another America. On the east coast so I get to sleep later on Sunday mornings .

If I had to pick a favorite it would either be Alonso or Kubica, but I kind like 'em all. Nothing says spring is here like the televised sound of the run to the first corner in melbourne. And this year, I get to do something I haven't done since the wife and I started breeding: enjoy a cigarette while watching the race, even if it is an ersatz cigaretter.

We should see if w can get a shout out from Varsha to the F1 vaping community, even if it only consists of like 3 people.

Have you seen what the new cars look like?

Yup I've been fallowing the roll outs on planet f1 I'm interested in seeing what Brawn GP can do this year!

Poor Jenson, the guy cannot seem to time his career decisions. But with a blank page, anyone can could be competitive. The two Red Bull teams look racy, too.

The cars look weird, like late 70's Tyrells with those big front wings.

So is Kimi going to take it to Massa this year?

Since i moved here from England almost 8 years ago i've seen maybe 10 minutes of F1 racing. I think it's awesome, would watch everytime it was on. Also loved watching Lombard RAC rally, motorcycle Grand Prix racing, rally cross.

I can't watch anymore than 5 mintues of NASCAR, drives me nuts.

I can't watch them on TV, but if you ever get a chance to go to one, you owe it to your self to try it. They sound great and the whole atmosphere is far mnore relaxed than the open wheel set.

I am going to my first Grand-Am race in NJ in May. Am looking forward to that.

So is Kimi going to take it to Massa this year?

I hope so but either way I would love to see a Ferrari 1-2 in the driver's championship. I mean if I wanted to see anyone other then Kimi win I would have to say I would like to see Massa.
