So I've been using ecigs since June of this year, and I do like them...just apparently not enough. I got into it with the idea in my head that I could use it to quit, but I haven't exactly been successful. I know that ecigs aren't really intended or shouldn't be considered a quit smoking device but also many on this forum have used them to quit successfully.
My question is how? Did you guys wean yourselves off real cigs, or quit completely and go to the ecig?
I seem to go for a day or so using an ecig and then go back to regular. I also notice that I smoke pretty much non-stop when I use ecigs...is it best to put yourself on a schedule...ie, only smoke after certain time limits..
I'm just curious if there was a definite plan behind it...or just willpower.
