I need plastic tanks

sent from my Galaxy Note 5

Me too!

I grabbed the "new" and unused glass from the Stainless Kabuki I bought a couple of weeks ago and noticed it is cracked. Just a hairline, but I didn't notice it previously as that tank was swapped out for stainless immediately. Two out of two glass tanks cracked. I'm not going to bother going back to my local retailer as I already swapped out one broken glass tank from my GMZ Kabuki and I don't want them to think I am mental.

Whatever, but not sure why the glass Kabuki tanks are so delicate. Seems to be the only flaw (albeit a big one) with the product.

I DID place a order today at ZFO for a GMZ steel tank, 3 poly tanks, 3 sets of OMG rings and P3 to 510 adapter. If the poly tanks last (don't care if they scratch), I should be set.

I love the Kabukis, but as soon as my remaining glass tanks break, I am sticking with steel and poly.

Can anyone help me...I bought a kabuki after giving up on my nautilus minis. When I bought the Kabuki (it is the Kabuki 1.5 P3/510), the flavor was really good...however I am now not getting any flavor but a metalic taste. I have tried 3 different coils from 2 different vendors and now a triton mini Clapton coil. I am vaping Voodoo Cola from Hooligan which I believe is a 60/40 pg/vg. Usually around 9-11 watts on an istick 30w. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I received a V1.5 replacement for my returned 1st revision of the MBV Blue Kabuki today. Already I can tell the wicking hole exposure is better than the one returned. I'm not sure customer service was in total agreement with my perceived 'issue' but they did take it and let me order another and I have no problem doing future business with them. Now I'm off to give it a proper vape test :)

Apologies if I missed it, but has anyone used poly tanks on their Kabukis for any length of time?

If so, any impressions good or bad?

Thx!

Umm, I have used 'one' hand-made poly/plastic/whatever tank for (am bad on dates) roughly 8-10 months now with no issues? I only vape one juice, at 9 watts, and I was (due to bad hands) breaking glass tanks like crazy prior to getting this ECF member made tank as a kind gift.

It works great for me. I'm just a user, so what do I know? It works, it's all I use, all day, every day. I wash it when I change coils, which is bout every 8-10 days.

Thx for the reply.

My order of poly tanks just shipped from Zen and I should have it by the end of the week. If they work out as well as yours has, I will be very happy.:)

I have a bunch of Kabukis, and I've been using poly tanks on all of them for about a month. The only negative, and this is minor, is the poly tanks have a slightly larger diameter than the quartz tanks. So when you run your finger down the side, you will feel the edge between the tank and the stainless. Over the weekend I switched all the buna rings for silicone rings. I'm thinking it's going to be very easy to pull the tank off when you remove the bottom to fill.

OK - see what I mean about being a user? Yes, about the lip - that is true. I was given different O-rings to use, can't remember the 'why' of it, jut put them on. Zero leaks or issues, just no cracks, breaks, or scratches that *I* can notice - and yes, I still drop it, my poor Radius has little 'nicks' on all the edges along the bottom - all my fault of course, but again, no functional issues at all from the drops-most onto hardwood floors too.

I have 2 steel tanks, and for some crazy reason my mod will say "OP" so I don't know what's up with that!

The tank has nothing to do with the connection. It's going to be a coil issue. Give a bit more details.

I have been lucky, 3 Kabuki's (SS, Ti and GMZ) and never a problem with the glass breaking or cracking.... Yet!

I have changed the glass for another brand in smoked glass and used the SS and GMZ alternatives to glass.

Just worked slow and carefully with the turn back when reassemble as Zen suggests and all fine, not a problem so far.

Guess I'm tempting faith saying the above. But, living in the UK where these goods are not easily available I treat them with care and respect. Good luck. Sean

I absolutely love my SS tanks and never had an error message on a Provari or other mod. Weird. Kabuki or Nautilus, all great for me.

I have 2 Kabuki SS tanks and just ordered a GMZ tank for my GMZ Kabuki. I will be using them 90% of the time moving forward, but still like clear tanks from time to time. I ordered 3 poly tanks as I really don't trust the glass tanks.

We shall see....

I found that leaving the Kabuki base on my Provari tube mods by turning them upside down and removing just the top/tank for refilling puts very little stress on the tank. Wish I figured that out earlier!

In any case, my Kabuki tanks/o-rings and adapter already shipped, so I am a happy camper!

Not sure if this is going to get me a sound spanking but....

Phiniac - Custom Etching for the Vaping Community

Thanks, I used to buy my carto tanks there and they used to have actual colored glass (maybe they still do for their cartos) but if I look at their Kabuki tank replacements, I only see the option for frost colors and designs. I was interested in the smoked glass the other poster mentioned. I found it for my Nautilus Minis but no Kabuki

I know it's a poor picture, but you can prolly get the jist of it based on the stealth tank and mod...

I'm sorry you're having problems, but let's get this issue resolved.

We used to have a solid relationship with ENS until the former owner sold the business. In fact, their customer service system online contacted directly to HoH when there was an issue, and my customer service team handled those issues.

Things have changed... I've never spoken with the new owner of ENS, I don't even know his name, and we're no longer in the service loop at all. In either case, contacting HoH through the number on the House of Hybrids website should get you sorted out.
Hi Zen,

I'm from Malaysia. It's kind of expensive to call there.
