In a reply to the main title of the thread...Frankly dear, I don't give a damn....what other people think I am doing in my vehicle when I am vaping. It's legal and I am not breaking any laws. If they want to rustle my feathers and call the cops, whoever shows up will just get an education on what vaping is.

doesnt make me nervous in the least. for one, I'm sure most cops know what it is in the first place, and if they don't well.... then their local dept doesn't hold weekly meetings before/after shifts often enough because I'm sure that their supervisors and uppers update them on what to not worry about etc if new trends and/or lookalikes come along meaning.... "looks like something bad but its really this ok? so dont worry"

maybe I'm wrong but hey.... lol

The other day I was on my way to work and stopped at a red light. I looked over and saw another lady vaping, so rolled my window down and showed her my setup. We had a really nice conversation and could have carried on for a long time if those cars behind us hadn't wanted to go when the light turned green .

Unfortunately, with the current Nanny State mentality, this is no longer true in many areas of the country....

Sad....

I drive around alot with Cody, my German Shepherd in my truck with me. Usually when stopped, I get lots of folks looking at my huge smiling dog with his head in the window....It's funny, they always do a quick confused double-take when they see me blowing huge vape clouds from what they percieve to be a fancy flashlight (Poldiac)

Got pulled over once on the way to the cottage and turned out the Cop wanted info for another Cop who arrived shortly afterwards and bought a Kgo Starter Kit from me  He's been smoke free now for almost a year. You'll find most people have a family member or a friend that's a smoker.

HA HA HA!!! Me too

Didn't get pulled over but a cop (detective) in a parking lot stopped me as I was walking in to ask me about the Vamo I was carrying as he was undecided between that and a Provari (I did give him cr*p about his salary - he laughed at me??? - to be fair I did know him - He was a student teacher when I was in junior high but decided law enforcement was a safer occupation than teaching???) and said he would probably get both and now he has me rebuilding 5 old vivi nova heads for him (he WILL need to fix any tickets I may get  )
Discussed DIY juice but he has too many grandkids running around his house all of the time and does not want to deal with it so I referred him to some popular sites for juice (per recommendations posted here)
He did buy my last 4 boxes of .40SW Black Talons @ $90 each (outlawed ammunition for you sensitive types) so I may have to buy more vaping stuff (maybe a Provari, but I am really liking my Vamo)

LOLLLL quite the story. Yeah people don't realize or understand Cops are people too. Since the first convert he and I have converted 6 other Cops. A neighbor at the cottage who's OPP (State Police) told me a new vape store opened up and gave an invite to the local station. She went cuz she knew I was vaping and was quite impressed. Two of her colleagues now shop at that store.
Also LOVIN' my Vamo and really like the easy to navigate menu and wattage selection.

I too have reached the age where I honestly don't give a tin whistle what people think, I just vape where and when I feel like it. I don't worry too much about the police, because I'm ex-military, and I'll admit myself that I not only look square (still keep my hair really short), but I AM square. A good cop could and would 'smell' that on me from a mile away.

Edit: I want to add an addendum to my post. I was raised to be respectful of others, and, for common-sense reasons, would never vape in places such as a hospital, restaurant, etc. Like anything else in life, you should be considerate to others, even if they don't understand exactly what it is you're doing. Maybe (hopefully), that will change some day. :)

Agree 100%. When I was pulled over it was on a ramp and he was checking for seat belts. I saw him ahead of time and it had no bearing on whether or not I was going to have a vape. I'm glad the circumstances lined up perfectly as it led to another 7 converts
