I have been having problems sleeping for the past few months, no matter how little sleep I have had I am not tired. When I finally do fall asleep 3-5 hours later I have a hard time getting up, but once up I go thru the same process the next night. I have been on 4-5 hours of sleep a night for the past 2-3 months. I realized that it started just about the time I started vaping and blew that off cause so many people say they sleep better after vaping, but does anyone else find that vaping affects them this way?

Yes,same here.Go to bed and don't fall asleep for ages.

This past 2 weeks i've been reducing my nic level, started at 30mg to quit the analogues, now i'm on 24mg but still not sleeping properly.

You need to vape Nhalers sleepy time green's only 8mg, and has all these herbs in it that knock you out.

I am going to try that zero nic thing, although I dont do hi nic juice the highest I have is 18, and I mix it with 11 and zero half the time. To be honest I am always mixing so I dont know how much nic I am getting but it cant be more than 18 ever since thats the highest I own.

Yeah, the lower nic juice has helped me considerably.

I've found if I vape my usual 18-24mg juice in the evening or before I go to bed, I toss and turn for hours.

Wonder what the cause of this is. I have had the same problem. When I smoked I would smoke and smoke and then go to bed and go right to sleep. Does this mean we are getting more nic vaping?

No it just means your getting less of the rubbish thats in cigs. I know that its the nic that can cause insomnia, thats why i'm heading on down the levels, for now i'd rather put up with it and have no cigs.

Well for me, I guess I should try this sleepy time, seeing I don't get much of it.

I smoke an analog before sleeping. Whenever I vape before sleep I have insomnia. I thought it was just me, but it seems not.

I'll join the ranks of Not Sleeping well. I've been vaping for about 2 months now.
I Only vape 8mg nothing higher. When I get in bed at night, I can feel my blood running through my veins. If I get to sleep, I toss & turn & wake up constantly. I used to smoke 2 real cigs right before bed & sleep for 7 hours no worries.
IS THIS PROBLEM GOING TO GO AWAY? Any veterans out there that can shine some light on this subject?

Before I became nicotine free, I had a little trouble. Now I sleep like the dead. You might try switching to no nicotine a few hours before bedtime.

Same for me, overall. I have had a couple nights where I didn't sleep well, but I know I vaped like a madman on those nights. I'm going to try dialing back the nicotine level in the evening.
