I recently got another friend to try V4L, but she reports she seems to be having some nausea and thinks its from vaping, as she is fine in the morning until she has her first vape. Anyone have this problem when first starting out? Any suggestions? I know she's a bit discouraged, so would like to help her. Is there a chance this is an allergy?

thanks, y'all!

I know she has no mouth bumps etc as I questioned her about all that. She doesn't have a puter at home so I have done all the ordering for her. And I only started her on 8mg as I knew the ciggies she smoked were very light. HMMMM.. ok, thanks for the advice so far, maybe someone else will have new ideas. In the meantime, I will once again advise more water!
thanks much!

I was a tad sick when I first started (also, I was concerned that I was pregnant and even went to the doctor over it). It only happened first thing in the morning if I vaped before I ate anything. As long as I ate first, I was okay. After a month, I realized that it was too much nic in the mornings. Another note worth mentioning, I had more trouble with high levels of PG starting out. Didn't cause the sickness but made me itch really bad. I had to use all VG juices and slowly add PG back in. One last thing, certain flavors didn't agree with me at first. Cinnamon, any type of mints, and all organics turned my stomach quickly.

Possible causes:
1. too much nic
2. allergy to pg
3. unless it can be totally ruled out and not possible...pregnant?
4. certain flavors

Yup, I'm with hairball on this one. First I'd make sure she was drinking enough water & that it's from vaping. I had horrible headaches at first & it took about 3 weeks to wean off cigs. Does she feel better if she smokes?

I was gonna say, has she POAS?

And yes, I had a little nausea and a little headache when I first started...too much nic. She'll learn how to modify her intake. Yay for a new convert!

Mirage Hart,
Do you have any Nobacco Juices that she can try? Maybe that would help. :) If you don't I could send you a carto loaded with my favorite Spearmint flavor! :)

Richard

I do not, GPR... and thanks for the offer, but when I ordered her "stuff" she said "dont get me anything that tastes menthol!!!" so... maybe I should just buy her something dif to try? I'm not sure what to do!

I am in full agreement with hairball....try eating first...even if it is just a couple of crackers. I have found that I don't get the headaches that many talk of when taking in too much nic, I do get a sour stomach...I switch to a lower nic level for an hour or so and add in a couple of tums:D She may be on the opposite end of many where she does need a lower level in the early morning and then switch up a little higher midday. And on the Flavor....I do have a flav or 2 that if I use them too much, they sour my tummy as well.

She still may wanna consider that it is not vaping related at all.....often it is too easy to chalk health changes up to vaping. If any issues persist, I HIGHLY recommend visiting a physician or dentist (if it is mouth related). Smoking Ciggies hides many health issues in their early stages and by the time they are found, they are much more advanced...especially dental issues.

Nobacco....all the juices are nobacco (meaning no tobacco). The difference in the V4L juices are between Premium and Wow. Wow juices have a little more vg in them than the Premium....and there are some flavor differences between the 2 lines:)

Also, since GPR brought it up... I understand the dif in PG vs VG.. but someone needs to remind me exactly what the Nobacco's are?? Thanks!

Nobacco is No Tobacco!

Too bad she doesn't want the Menthol flavor. :( Spermint flavor Nobacco is Totally Awesome! :) I have used over 9 mg's of it in 8 days plus all of the other flavors I got with my starters kit! :)
