As in add to existing juice? Just clarifying :).

I ask as they offer PG/VG and from what's on their site, they will be offering Nicotine soon. They also offer pre-mixed juice, so their flavors should be concentrated flavors, not flavors that should be used to enhance existing.

Noooooo.... I am saying that they look like regular flavoring that you just add to your base mix of PG/VG/nic @ 1-30% to make your ejuice. Not so concentrated that you dilute them with VG/PG first and then use as flavoring for your ejuice. Hopefully I am wrong about that though. :)

You and me both :), unless they're super - concentrates with a base. I'd be okay with that too. I don't mind PG or VG being in there, just want lots of flavor.

I still am not sure that you are getting what I am saying.

Are these flavors so concentrated that you can dilute in PG or VG to make a bottle of flavoring to flavor your DIY ejuice with?

Or, is it just that you are able to flavor your ejuice using these flavors for DIY as they are? Like any other flavoring that is already available for DIY?

If the second one is true, not such a great deal :)

I understand what you're saying :).

There's quite a few variations of flavor concentrates on the market. Some are more widely known to vapers, some just to businesses that don't exclusively deal with vaping (i.e. the coffee and beverage industry).

There's concentrated flavors, which is what we normally would buy from Flavor West, TFA, FA etc and they have a carrier base, but there's also super concentrates that take flavor one step further and still have a carrier base to them. They're diluted with PG the same as most concentrates are, but not as heavily. It's mainly to provide consistency so you're not left with a jelly-like substance from the concentration process.

If they're the super-concentrates, with or without a carrier, I'll be good to go. If they're just Flavor West or similar, then I agree, it's not as good of a deal, unless you look at their "Exclusive" flavors, which you don't typically see at the vendors most of us shop at unless it's pre-mixed.

Quick Update

I spoke with Mike on the phone today and he confirmed my samples are going out and should be here within 2-3 days, so I'll be doing some test batches on each sample he sends over and reporting back with my experience once they steep for 3-6 days.

Here's what I found out today. The conversation was short, not because of his time, but because I was actually on the road when he called so I didn't have a major list to ask. I asked the 3 main questions, but if anyone has any others, please feel free to let me know and I will see to it that I get them over to him. He's a friendly guy, so I'm sure he won't have a problem with it!

1). The flavors are concentrated and PG based. The concentrations they use are mixed with PG to provide a more fluid flavoring. If they were solvent-free (i.e. zero PG), they would be in an almost jelly-like form, which most DIY users wouldn't be able to mix properly. They are PG based for consistency as well. No VG options as VG is simply too thick for their flavorings and concentrations.

2). They do not buy from or resell for Flavor West; they are manufacturer direct. They brand and bottle their own and they also offer a co-packing option which means you can get your own bottles filled and labeled. This happens in a 1,400 sq ft facility.

3). Mike requested that if I, or anyone else have any issues, get in touch with them. This means if a flavor is too weak, too strong to mix, or if there's anything else that presents a problem, they will work to fix it. They have access to work with the manufacturer to modify the flavorings they offer. No many can honestly say they can do this.

4). Cleanliness is a huge concern for them and he assured me all mixing and prepping is done in an extremely clean environment free of any and all contaminants. I'm going to follow up and see if he can possibly provide some photos. I can't promise anything, but perhaps we can get at least 1-2 snapshots of what OneOnOne looks like.

That said, I'm looking forward to the samples arriving and to being able to test them. I threw a list at him and asked him to pick since he said they were busy moving over the weekend, so what I receive is going to be a little bit of a surprise :).

Again, if anyone has a question, let me know and I'll make sure it's included in our communication.

1-30% isn't specifically what Mike recommended, that's what he said some are using it at. On their site it's 3ml per 30ml total, or 10%. Of course, if you have weaker taste buds, you'll need to go higher. If you have sensitive taste buds, you may need to go lower. He said he didn't recommend as low as 1% but for some, that may be all they need.

That said, I'll be posting my reviews on every sample I get. I do have sensitive taste buds, in a way, as the recommendations for FW being 15-30% are way too strong for me to vape. I stick to 10-13%.

Either something is wrong with my browser or many of their flavors and only available in "industrial" sizes.
One-on-One Flavors — Double Dutch Chocolate Flavored Liquid Concentrate.

I see the same and it could be that they sold out of the smaller quantities as the hunt for the perfect chocolate is a continuous one :).

They are a manufacturer direct vendor and with the recent move to a new facility, they most likely halted new orders until it was complete and they were firmly planted inside. I'm sure they'll have the smaller bottles available again on all flavors :).

That said, from what Mike noted, they are all systems go as of yesterday (Monday), but I'll make sure I ask in my next e-mail just to confirm.

Anyone that ordered samples should hear back from them soon enough. They're most likely slightly backlogged from last week due to the move, but once they catch up I'm sure you'll get confirmation or sample in the mail :). If nobody hears back this week, let me know and I'll touch base with Mike and see how they're doing.

I should have mine tomorrow or within the next 2-3 days.

I'm always looking for a new flavor vendor, did order a sample, and will wait and see. However, as a DIYer I do not need gallons or liters, so this site may not be for me.

The smallest size they offer right now is 60 ml, which is still large, but once I can get a good feel for the flavors he's sending, I'll be posting quite a few reviews. I keep mine honest and straight to the point. If it's a 99% or close match, I recommend it. If it's way off, then I'll make sure you know and let Mike know to see if we get things a little closer to home :).

They're 60 ml bottles are running $8.99 to $14.99 (for the specialty flavors), so it's not bad pricing, especially since 60 ml is going to make quite a bit of juice. I'll start with 3 ml (10%) per 30 ml and move my way up to 12-15% depending on what I get.

60 mls would likely last me a year or more. Good price!

Especially if the flavors are winners.

I filled out a Free Sample form yesterday, asking for Double Dutch chocolate, and Cookies and Cream. Hoping for some winners, but you'll never here me complain about free samples :)
