Strawberry for me was a hard 1 I too don't like too much wild nor too much candy like taste never tried OOO sberry prolly never will I like the 1 I blend. That is why I settled on 3 blended. Taste is a personal thing that is what makes DIY so much fun.

I have been puffing Snickies all morning here and to me pretty good at 8 drops in 3ml, mixed more it gets sorta weird (too much choco destroys the caramel I think) and over done to me. It has been setting abt a month I think. It would likely to me be a tad better with more peanut crunch in it but since I like the crunch alone I don't want too many that taste close. I really doubt I could mix much better with peanut crunch, caramel, & choco so I think they did great with the Snickies I have to revise my review on it I was mixing too heavy and not enough setting time I reckon. A flavor has to be pretty good to me to vape a mini and never switch and I need to fill the tank so Snickys did good here almost as good as the candy bar lol. Have fun everybody.

Looking good OOO!

Yep, I ordered the Fruity P's and when I added it to my vg it got all milky looking and then did a test drop of it in clear hot water and it just floated on top of water. Pretty much looks like an oil based. I emailed them and asked that they mark this one as "oil" as I threw it away. They stated that it wasn't, which makes it a bit scarier on what is in the mix.... oh well, won't touch it with a 10ft pole lol :)

Maybe since your email they have changed it? On the site it say it is Polysorbate 80 and Soybean Oil with a warning to only be mixed with 100% VG or it will turn opaque. A few newer reviews also complained about the same thing. :( Which sucks because I was going to order it today with my order till I saw the Oil thing. :\

They state that it's a blend of Polysorbate 80 and Soybean Oil - That's different indeed. I don't think I've ever seen a flavor, at least that targets vapers, include soybean oil in the mix. Given what it looks like when dripped into water (white flakes which eventually dissolve into a white film), I'm not sure I'd be vaping it myself.

May need to get with Mike on that one. Generally, it's recommended that oils not be added or vaped.

Yea, its not recommended that oils be used in vaping. :) They should probably not sale the oil flavors targeting vapers, and maybe they will replace those with an un oil based flavor :)

I ordered some skittles flavors from flavorwest and it really taste like alcohol. it states that it is PG and ethanol. Does the OOO skittles flavor also have ethanol?

edit: I found another flavor on OOO called "wild berry rainbow candy" this one says that it's only pg based.

The OOO "Rainbow Candy" contains Propylene Glycol & Ethanol as well.

thanks john, but do you think the wildberry candy description is accurate? it says pg, but not ethanol.
I would imagine so, though I'd get in touch to confirm. There's been some that are marked PG in the past which have really be VG and triacetin based, which is what aids in that cloudy look. It's not bad to vape, from my understanding, but it needs to be labeled.

once again, thank you very much john. do you by any chance order flavors from other vendors also?

Quite often. The only vendor I don't really tinker much with is LorAnn as I out of 20-30 flavors that I've tried, I've like 2-3. The rest I gave away.

what are a few other flavors/vendors would you recommend? what do you typically vape? fruit flavors, candy flavors, coffee flavors?

I'm mainly a bakery, candy and coffee vaper. When it comes to fruit, I stick with orange, blueberry, pomegranate and coconut for the most part. Most flavors from Hangsen are really good, although I don't much care for their cream flavors. They tend to come off as stronger and on the lines of TFA's sweet cream, which I don't much care for. It has this "taste" that just doesn't work for me.

Almost everything that FlavourArt has is good. It's really hard to get a bad flavor from there and if you do, it's probably because you just don't like that flavor in general. The only flavors that I've not liked are Dark Vapure, a tobacco, as it tastes like grass & hay to me (it's the perique in the flavoring - I never liked perique tobacco when I smoked, so I didn't really expect to like the flavor, but I gave it a shot), their custard as it's an italian type custard (meaning it has citrus notes present - if you've tried Capella VC, it's absolutely *nothing* like it) and their RY4. It has what I consider "sharp" notes and it's not as smooth as RY4 Double from TFA.

Inawera is good and strong. You'll use them by the drop and typically, most of their flavors don't need more than 6-10 drops per 10ml. You can essentially double the flavor by moving from 10 drops to 12-14 drops

Capella is also good, but they do come off a little on the chemical side until they age. That smooths out after 2-3 weeks.

thanks john. I have been primarily buying small sample bottles of TFA from wizardlabs, but I recently ordered a small bottle of inawera strawberry. it's good to know that I all I will need for 10ml is 4-6 drops.

Most of them are that way, not all. The Wera Garden flavors are the most potent ones they offer. Some of the flavors outside of that line are the same, but not all, but I would at least start with 5-6 drops and move up from there.

That said, I don't much care for their strawberry flavors, but, then again, I don't much care for any vendors strawberry flavors lol. TFA's Strawberry Ripe is about the only strawberry flavor I can honestly stand to vape. All the others just don't mesh well with my rather sensitive palate. By sensitive, I mean that capella strawberry and their strawberry & cream flavors make me want to gag, but others love them, so my tastes are by no means the final verdict.

I've never been tested, but I'm probably as close to a super taster as possible. When it comes to overly chemically, bitter and overly sweet, despite my love for bakery vapes, it's a turn off for me. I never use sweeteners for that very reason. If the flavoring alone can't get me where I need to be, I just don't vape it.
