i find I just like the taste of a gas in my mouth. Gas? vapor? I dont know maybe not gas, lol.
The one thing that is so addictive about smoking is not the nicotine, its the inhaling of a nice flavour.
(my first e cigarette i bought off ebay and I could only get zero nicotine cartridges I was vaping for a week or so and I didnt even want a cigarette so that is how I rationalise that.)

Well, I quit drinking after a 35+ years of it. About 3 years ago. Never thought I could. Been to AA over and over...didn`t work...but one day I just decided to quit again, same as I had a hundred times before...and not tell anyone...no AA (I felt they were making to big of deal over quitting and some how seemed to make it harder for me). For some reason it worked. Can`t say why. It wasn`t easy but neither was it that bad. I just told anyone that noticed I wasn`t feeling that good anymore...getting older.

But I never, never ever, never ever never...............thought it would be possible to quit smoking. And to tell the truth I don`t think I could have. I am surprised at myself. No cigarettes for over 6 months...don`t miss them at all. But I have to give 100% of of the credit to these e-cigs.

I now feel that it is possible to quit nic. And it is my intention to start soon with a cinnamon 0 nic solution. See how it goes. But I`m not going to beat myself up if it doesn`t work...

I feel that the nicotine might be having a bad effect on my joints and bones. So I want to see how I feel on 0 nic.

As far as quitting vaping...I might after time...if I do well on 0 nic. Or I might take up one of those ecig pipes and use 0 nic so I can enjoy the flavors...looks more sophisticated...maybe??
