The Davide is the same size as the Protank. There are different styles so each style has a different name. But, they all use the BDCs ( bottom dual coils)

I love the Davide BDC :)

The ET is Ego threaded, Davide is 510 threaded both hold about 2.5 mls

Thanks Salem! But any are they all called Aspire? and is it as easy or easier to fill as protank?

You fill them exactly the same as a Protank. The ET reminds me of the Kanger T3s and the Davide is exactly like the PT but a little better quality IMO

I think that it is the coils that are called Aspires.

Another nice thing about the Davide is that if you decide that you do not like the BDCs, you can remove an adapter from it and use your Kanger coils.

The Davide's are just a tad harder to fill because the hole is smaller (there's basically 2 holes - 1 on each side - versus the PT which has a gap all the way around.

I guess that we disagree on that. Holding it at a 90 degree, the same way that I hold my Protanks, and dripping from the bottle the juice easily finds those slots for me.

True, but I can hold my PT's basically straight up and down and pour from a bottle without a cap on it if I choose - can't really do that on a Davide, so just a tad harder (depending). I also usually have to put my glasses on with the Davide to make sure I'm pouring into that hole, whereas with the PT it doesn't matter (since there is no hole), so I don't need to put my glasses on for that.

You are lucky then. You are supposed to angle the PT when filling. If I try to fill straight up, it will leak out of the drip tip (not getting in the sir tube either) . Kanger suggests filling at an angle for this reason.

Anywho, I love the Davide BDC and they work very well for me :)

I will admit to needing glasses but, I usually do to fill anything lol

Thanks guys. Filling like that won't be a problem as all out juice in needle to bottles for gennys anyway. So are you saying that even the protank is better using the Aspire coils? Just not quite the quality of the davide-s?

Would these Aspire coils fit in the original protanks?

I didn't mean to imply that filling the Davide's was problematic, only that if I were to rank them, I'd put the PT as easier (but both are simple).

The Aspire coils will not fit in a ProTank nor will they fit in the original Davide. The ProTank III is coming out soon which will be using dual coils.

I am loving my aspire. I had trouble with the head that came in it but had ordered two others and switched it out and it's been great ever since! I ordered a second one and five heads :2cool: I then remembered that Phil said there was a break in time and I think there definitely is! What is everyone using with their aspire? I'm using the vamo and the Itaste vv/vw, mostly Itaste.

No. The Aspire BDCs only work with the tanks that are made for them. I also use the needle tipped bottles to fill :)
