Yeah... I think my honeymoon with the T3 might be over.

Both coil heads were on their 2nd refill (with a water rinse after each refill). It started tasting harsh, no vapor, and burnt taste no matter what the voltage. Heck, flavor even seemed real off.

Took the top post apart, noticed the two flavor wicks. Both are slightly burnt. Gave all a rinse and gonna give it a go after 24 hours of drying em but I don't really have much hope. If these things get burnt or bad after a refill or two, definitely not worth the price.

After about 6 refills mine is still going strong. Plumes of vapor and a nice Menthol flavor (of course Menthol and no tobacco is all I use).
I rinse the head and fill once a day. It's nice that I can remove the head for cleaning without emptying the tank since my total intake of liquid is around 1.2 - 1.4ml per day I never vape the tank totally empty.

It's still a keeper in my book.

I'm on my 9th day and I have refilled at least twice a day and mine is still vaping very good. I did have some wicking issues after about four tanks without rinsing but after rinsing it started working good again. You don't have to wait for them to dry before using. I just wipe off with paper towel and dab the wicks fill and vape away.

I don't worry about drying the head, I just give it a good thermometer shake to get the excess water out from the inside, fill the tank, install the head, wait about 5 - 10 minutes to let the liquid displace the water in the wick and start vaping. First draw or two might be a little weak, but then I get full vapor after that.

Okay, here goes a description of my cleaning tool and its usage:

Cleaning tool parts list:
1 Oral Medicine Syringe (purchased at Drug Store, Walmart, etc.)
1" length of 3/8" silicone tubing (purchased from hardware store, Lowe's, Home Depot, etc.)
1 small tie wrap (purchased from almost any store, especially those with even a limited hardware or automotive section.)

I don't have a camera handy or I'd take a picture of it, but the assembly is very simple.

Assembly and usage:
  • Attach the silicone tubing to the end of the medicine syringe securing it tightly with the tie wrap.
  • Fill the syringe with whatever you want (I use warm water).
  • Push the open end of the silicone tubing onto the battery connector of the clearomizer. (On these eGo style fittings the outside of the tubing will slip inside the fitting and the battery connector will slip inside the silicone tubing. Perfect fit.)
  • On my first wash I let the water flow through the head and out the end of the air tube so it will flush out any large particles.
  • On subsequent washes I plug the end of the air tube with my finger and SLOWLY push the plunger to force the water out of where the wick comes out on either side. I do this 3 or 4 times to wash the wick as clean as possible.
  • Remove the head from the syringe and do a thermometer shake to remove as much water from inside the head as possible.
  • You can dab the end of the wick with a tissue to remove any dampness if you want to.
  • If you have a Kanger T3 and don't remove the liquid from the tank remove about 1/2 of the cotton ball off one end of a Q-Tip and push this through the air passage of the tank from the open end to the mouth piece to remove any moisture there.
  • Then dab the other end of the Q-Tip into the open end of the mouth piece to remove moisture from there.
  • If your tank is empty you can ignore the above 2 steps and just wash the tank anyway you want to.
  • Fill the tank and reassemble the head.
  • Let stand upright for 5 minutes or so to allow the liquid to displace the water on the wick.
  • The first puff or two might be a bit weak, but it will soon return to full capacity.
Takes about 5 minutes, or less, to clean and I clean once a day.

Enjoy.

Day 9 I think and my T3 is still going good.
I cleaned it prior to first fill and I haven't cleaned it since, but it's probably getting close.
I will break this unit down just like my CE3's when I do clean.

how many ml's do you vape daily?

im leaning toward making an order for these things

I added a additional o-ring just below the threads.
Then I lift the seal; fluff the wicks and when I snug everything up, it doesn't push the seal down as far on the wicks.
I also removed 1 of the 2 loose flavor strands to increase flow also.

The wife uses 70/30 and hasn't had any issues. That's what makes me wonder if everything is seated.
I would inspect the center post to ensure that it's pushed all the way into the coil housing. Also check to see if you have the 2 loose flavor strands.

??? Loosen the atty head a bit ... Tighten the atty head a bit ???

Mine gurgled for the first minute... been fine for five days since.
