Anyone try the Vision Tox Kit yet? I know most suppliers got their shipment in Monday including Kalamazoo Vapor shop. Just want to know how the quality stacks up to the other Lava Tube Clones before I drop $80 for mine.

That thing looks cool. Is this the mini version as well? The description says it comes with both the short and long tubes.
Also in the pics the mod display panel shows the voltage, battery power, along with the date and time.
Not sure if this is the one you were talking about, but the one I linked looks cool. But where's the power button? And the fire button? Not enough info given.

Yes, that's the one, no need to pre-order as Kalamzoo Vapor Shop has them on hand. Just wanted some feedback before I purchase to replace my standard lava tube.
I really like the idea that this unit uses a OLED screen, the clarity and definition of the readouts is extremely good. I seem to remember another member talking about the other screen starting to be on readable.
Think I would pull the trigger if it was an 18650 vs a 18500 battery tube. Keeping plenty of 3 sizes around (not to mention the other mods I have) is just a pain.
The vaporheads one supports (in the description) an 18650 as well....I wonder if they are all getting the same sized tubes. I would imagine so, but you never know.

Yeah I've seen that in discriptions before. I will wait untill someone who actually has one in their possession says that they got an 18650 to fit and it worked on the device.
I called the guy who runs kalamazoo who has the Vision tox in his hands, he tried to put an 18650 in it while i was on the phone with him and he said it was impossible.

Depends what features the vendor ordered from Vision... If you look at the description on the Vision site it states the standard kit is an 18350 tube and an 18500 tube but you can get the kit with an 18650 tube....
I'm going to KVS storefront Friday morning and checking this one out as Vision Tox indicates the 18650 fits.
I suggest they take the CE2 tank carto thing out of the kit and lower the price $20. That thing is going rite in the trash anyhow.
That's how they come from the company. I'd say split the charger and the batteries from the kit as well and charge $50 for the mod alone.
I would prefer the stone if they are adding a tank (from vision). I can't stand the klunky tips on those things. It is like vaping from a sippy cup!
So this thing does have a fire button. But it's not shown in any pictures I've seen. But it doesn't have a power button on it like the LT does. I read that in order to turn it off/on you need to press the fire button five times.

18350...tube size 98mm by 22mm and can hold up to a 900maH battery.
18500...tube size 113mm by 22mm and can hold up to a 1600maH battery.
18650...tube size 128mm by 22mm and can hold up to a 2200maH battery.
There are 4 buttons on the ecig:
1. "+" button, on press you can increase the voltage from 3v-6v, when you reach 6 v it starts back at 3v
2. "-" button, on press you can decrease the voltage from 6v-3v, when you reach 3v it starts back at 6v
3. On/Off button, press and hold for 5 seconds to turn on device, press and hold for 5 second to turn off device
4. The activation button (the big one), held down for 10 seconds or longer, the vv ecig will shut itself off until the button is released
Features:
1. 510 connector, you can control the working voltage by your need, the display will show you the voltage
2. Regulated output which keeps the voltage the same with each puff - regardless of your remaining battery power. As the battery drains, the device will keep the voltage consistent.
3. Amperage Limiting to 2.5 amps
The device can monitor and shut itself off if it detects any excessive over-current conditions.
4. Battery Monitoring/Over-Discharge Protection
The Device can monitor the battery voltage and automatically turn off when the battery is discharged. When the battery capacity is going to be used up, the display will alert. Also the 18650 battery in it could take out, very convenient
5. Vent hole on the bottom of the device for added safety

I like the design over all but the power button location will cause me to pass on this one... from the pic my index finger would lay right on top of the +/- buttons when pressing the fire button causing my to inadvertently or randomly press them... They probably lock but I see unlocking easily...
I'm gonna check that out too. The 1 vision I have I really like and it's easy to fill so if they are expanding on that idea, you may have to put me down for one.
