Factoring in capacity, I'd say the Plume Veil. You can pack a ton of cotton into it. It definitely doesn't leak as much either and makes much better vapor and flavor is about the same. I had 2 Magmas then went to the Plume Veil for a long time, now I'm loving the Derringer. It doesn't hold nearly as much, but it hits like a truck and the flavor is the best I've ever tried out of anything - includes the Aeolus. I like having a smaller unit. I keep trying them as they come out and most end up as paperweights. I don't think you can go wrong with a Plume Veil though and you can drip right into the drip tip.

I also liked the last Hobo and have one of the new ones ordered but haven't gotten it in yet.

Magma is pretty old now. There are many newer RDAs that are really great. I have so many, but I think the flavor on almost all of them is fantastic. I prefer a warm dense vapor, though. And I have trouble getting the airflow I like from the magma, among other issues I have with it.

The magma juice well is comparable to most other RDAs in the last year. The Kennedy comes to mind if looking for something with under-the-coil airflow. But there are lots of others to choose from too.

I got 2 magmas I am about sell. I just could never really enjoy them. I'm looking for a flavorful RDA my favorite so far is the IGO L but I would like to find one that has the post holes that works just a good if not better.

How were you building them? I found single parallel micro coil at. 5 ohms is really amazing in my Magma that's the only build I'll use with it.

I tried dual coils at 1 and 1.5ohm and single coils at 1, 1.5 and 2.4 ohms I don't like to get all fancy with the coils as I find that regular single nano coils work the best and don't gunk up as bad. I haven't tried parallel coils. but I wont go below 1 ohm. I have a 30w istick eleaf and I don't know if it would work on it.

i duno where u got the bang for buck from with the magma. An authentic magma is still 100$
I said it wrong I many with the huge juice capacity and great flavor not price but I did get it for $30ish or so it was a clone that ended up being very high quality.

Well I'll find out if the Aromamizer lives up to its reputation this afternoon. It'll probably take me a few weeks of intermittent experimenting to figure out which builds work best on it, but I'll have a pretty good idea right off the bat. If I really like the Aromamizer, I may just end up getting a regulated squonk box of some sort since they're coming out with a bottom fed version in the coming months.

Either way, with a leak resistant design, no spit back and decent capacity, I don't see the magma doing much but just gathering even more dust on my shelf. The Magma has decent flavor, but nothing I can't achieve with my Odin or Veritas, both of which are vastly superior in the juice seeping department.
