Are these Panasonic batteries good?

They are good batteries if they are not counterfeit. There is a problem with the price though at US $119.85 for 2 cells. The same cells unprotected go for $10 each at Illumination Supply and I know those are legitimate. I'm not saying the Ebay seller is bad, it's just that I would have to check him out before I would trust him.

The batteries are not though any good for a DNA device. They have 6.8 amp maximum continuous current capability. The DNA chip will pull more than that from them and the protection circuit will shut them off.

I suggest you find out what amp draw the batteries need to supply and pick from this chart. Amp limit is clearly listed. I would personally avoid the Efest as I've heard too many times that they don't last as long as the others.
