anyway, it seems that this kind of filling it is not the safest.. in a long run, open-close-open-close, it will become loose, for sure...
I'm not to sure about that. I believe it is a ball bearing. I have some Billet Boxes that were made in 2014. And the doors still work smoothly and are tight. They also use a ball bearing.

Slight problem here-my drip tip is getting uncomfortably warm when I take 2-3 vapes in a row. Anyone else experiencing this? Since I am new to rta's, I am sure it is some kind of user error. The coil is reading 1.08 and I am vaping at 15.5 Watts. Maybe the fact that I have gone through half a tank since 10.00 pm last night has something to do with it? Any ideas on what I have done wrong?
Try the next bigger air hole.

You might be a little high on wattage, try dropping down to 12 watts.

Well I have found a problem with mine, I am getting juice seeping from the top cap, the 1st time it happened, I just thought I might of over filled it, but 2 more fills and still getting a bit of seepage, seems it is not making a proper seal when the top is closed, and of course there is no extra gasket for the fill port.

But it won't stop me using it, it is just minor, so quick wipe with paper towel and vape on.

Since the chamber is significantly raised on the ARES the way the warm vape has to take (and can cool down) is shorter than on other atomizers I guess. So if you´re vaping a lot the small drip tip will get hot quickly. I would recommend to switch to a larger mouth piece like this: $2.06 Stainless Steel 510 Drip Tip w/ Heat Insulation Base - 25mm / silver at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
It also has small cooling fins to help cool down your vape. I like to use this on the small doggy 2K16 and it helps a lot.

I have one, like the flavor and ease of putting on a coil and a wick, but there is a big gap between the tank and mod when using on an MVP4. Same with the Coolfire 4 18650 and the Coolfire mini :(
Did you check that your positive 510 pin at the bottom is completely screwed in?

Same thing here but it's so miniscule, I don't think it's even a 1/4 drop worth of juice. I thought the same that I overfilled a little. Well there goes the perfect tank. ;)

Same, but only when I am closing the lid. Left it over night on the side (with arrow facing down) - no leaking. I think the lid pushes condensation when closing. Once the lid is closed it's tight.

Mine will seep till I am about 1/4 way through the tank, I think when tip it slightly to vape, the juice is getting past the fill hole seal, as said no biggie, but still something to mention for people considering buying it. Would of been nice if included a extra seal gasket for that too, as think it will wear over time.

I know that when I would use the short, stubby drip tip that came with my Siren V1 it would always get very warm/hot for me, then I switched to the longer ss/silicone drip tip (the other drip tip that came with the Siren) and all went well again. I was setting it at about 12-15 watts and using a 1Ω to 1.30Ω single wire 28g spaced coil. Too short of a drip tip will heat up faster and possibly even cause juice to be drawn into your mouth on that kind of atomizer where the coil is closer to the bottom of the drip tip. I also chain vape 3-4 times in a row. Like Kusie said, try a slightly longer drip tip, even a couple of millimeters longer might cool it down enough for you.

Well, that has me concerned. ANY seepage like your describing is a complete fail for me. Considering cancelling my order until more long term reports come in...

I agree with you bob, even a ¼ of a drop of ejuice will make a mess on an atomizer, and might come from filling with a small amount getting on the top of that seal and then being wiped off when closing the lid, and where does it go next, down the side of the tank. Experiment and try wiping that seal dry before closing the lid and see what happens next.

At least it is at the top of the tank, so not like it seeps enough to be dripping down the side of the mod, I'll probably just not fill it all the way up, and still won't put me off getting more, as the vape is so good from it, and a easy way around it :)

It's really no problem, the seepage is that small of a amount. When I said there goes the perfect tank it was said jokingly. :)

Totally agree. Mine is a bit thick and catches under the lid, yours seems a bit thin. At least couple spare seals should've been included.

    ***sigh***

    I'm a weak, weak man.

Just ordered the Ares from Dashvapes. ;)

And so did I... Look at it this way: at this rate, Dashvapes' stock isn't going to last more than a few days. At least we got our orders in while it was available!
