Once a package has been refused, would the person who ordered it be looked at closer on future orders? Or does it depend on what the contents look like through the x ray from order to order?

Neon

hey im not quite sure on that since i haven't spoken to any cbsa officers about their job. But i do see them writing things down on a note pad in between packages. I'm pretty sure its order to order.

Oh, and while I'm at it.....

It means that they tried to deliver on wednesday and left you a card. That should have the address of the location you will have to go to pick it up at. You will need to present the card and your ID.

It means you have a lazy mail carrier who doesn't bother to ring the doorbell. I have one as well. I've watched him walk right past my place when I have an xpresspost package listed as "out for delivery", then suddenly I have a notice in my mailbox that he tried to deliver. I've also opened the door as he was sticking a notice to my door (again, no knock, no bell), and he didn't have the package on him because "it was too big". Really? A USPS flat rate small box was too big?

It's sad really how disappointed in Canada Post I am. I recently shipped a package to bk78 in Edmonton via xpresspost, and it was two days late, and the package was completely destroyed when it got there. Thank god the contents didn't fall out of the gaping 4" hole in the side of the package.

The thing I find funniest is that for small packages that fit into Purolator Express Packs, it's about 30% cheaper for me to ship within Canada than xpresspost. Funny how a company that is 91% owned by Canada Post can offer such better service than their parent company...

You should have at the very least been refunded for the late delivery

Completely different mandates, management styles and labour relations

Not only does he not bother to ring, but he doesnt bother passing period at this point!

The website info has changed for a few packages that should have been in my possession before the new year and since i was waiting for several packages (like 10 total)
it almost seems like they are piling them up at the post office until all arrived!

The more he waits, the more he will have to deliver and it might well end that it will be a pile of cards in the box now that my vacations are over...they suck really.
