I got back from my mini vacation and after settling back in and relaxing after a long drive decided to try a build in this thing.

I tried it first with 28g wire. NOPE! It's too big to trap under the screws. 30g fit fine as shown in the below picture. I did a 7 wrap 2mm coil that came in at 1.85. I vape about 1.2 but I just wanted to get a feel for assembly and how it vapes.

I put a couple of drops of VG on the wick ends to set them down in the channels and away from the threading so I could screw the cap on. Here's everything assembled.

All in all it vapes great! As well as an RBA can I suspect. It doesn't look pretty and I imagine if Aspire made one it would look a lot cleaner but for what it is it works well. You just have to be careful with the trap screws cause they are microscopic! Other than that I think it was money well spent to get a great tank up and running again on the cheap!

This is really really sounding interesting and a potential winner - I'll see if the vape shop in Fuengirola has these in yet or can get them - that coil you've done sounds just what I'd want. Thanks again for posting.
It's still working great! Make sure when you ask them to see if they have the version with that rubber oring in the package.

If you guys find one let me know ;)

I just ordered two and they're on their way

Nautilus RBA Rebuildable Coil Head

guess since I'm new it won't let me post a url.
The website is ivapour-elixir (dot) co (dot) uk
They have them in stock

Cost me $26 for two with shipping here to the states, they're about $10 each

Ordered one to try...has been shipped, but will take up to a month to arrive.
In another thread (kabuki) some comments taken from a FB user who already received one, that are not very promising.

When you get it assume you will try it in the Kabuki. If so, please report back. Thanks.
