Atty: Taifun GT II
mod: SX Mini
Build: Single 26 awg 2.4 mm, 8 wraps / .9 ohms, KGD wick
Thoughts: Getting an overly sweet peach with greenish notes that seem to be the NET poking through. Syrupy sweet juice from a can of peaches is a pretty good description. Before reading that I kept thinking overly ripe peach. Newports' wattage range seemed to mirror my own experience. I'm running this juice far lower than I normally would an NT. The same build with Radio, Strawnilla, and most others is just about right at 23-25 W, but anything over about 18 W is scorching for me. That said there may be a wicking issue with this particular build so I'll give it another shot in a few days. However, scorching aside the taste is not hitting for me yet. It will be interesting to see where it goes, but if it's like switch no amount of steep is going to make it hit for me. Going to keep an open mind and see where it goes.
