Yes, it will balance it out to around a 50/50 level depending on the amount added and the original strength.

I've been using some 0 Nic, unflavored to reduce some of my 6's down to 3's but only the liquids with the strong throat hit even at 6. It's pg though. I mix it half and half, shake it really well and let it sit for about a week before I use it. So far, it's worked well and I haven't noticed a reduction in flavor at all.

Maybe the term "beta" means something different in the e-juice world than it does in software development, where I'm more familiar. I've always understood beta to mean you want feedback on an unfinished product so you can fine-tune it to make it as good as possible. Usually, that means offering it at a significantly lower price, if not free. Obviously you can't just offer free juice to everyone, but maybe a lower beta price for those that want to give it a try. Full price for an unfinished product seems off to me.

Nicoticket fans are probably the most loyal in the industry, and for good reason! You guys are the best in the business. But If any other juice company were to try a move like this, I think there would be a huge negative backlash.

As stated a good calculator makes it easy.

With a Reo and NT juice the slight volume of nic base I add does not really effect the flavor. That's why I use 100mg base so that I can shift the mg with a minimal amount of base needed. for the 60ml of Atlanta after mixing I'll end up with a mix that is over 89% of the original.

I prefer VG over PG and all my DiY is as close as I can get to 100% VG. You can order nic base in any blend you want so you could keep the 50/50 Blend. As is I'm only shifting it to 54.79% VG

Here is a screen shot of my calculator.

When I worked in R&D in the parachute industry, beta testing for us meant producing a product that anyone could use. We sent out emails to jumpers we knew that would be willing to test a new design. Those jumpers ranged from beginners( me, with only a few jumps above my A license) to my boss, who was a world champion jumper. We had jumpers from everywhere in between. There was no point in building sport chutes that only well seasoned veteran jumpers could jump. We sent them the chutes for a minimal amount of money, they jumped them and gave us feedback on what they liked/didn't like, what worked or didn't work. At the end, they could purchase the chute for just a bit more money but well under retail price or they sent the chute back.

Nice! I'm using an istick or an MVP with a nauti or a pt so I prefer the pg over the maxvg.

Steep Time:
First Day

Device Type:
Copper Sting Ray/Origin V2 dripper

Build Information/Wicking Material:
Dual coil 0.6ohm Japanese Cotton (Fresh for the test)

Tasting Notes!
First thing I did when opened the bottle was smell it. I was in fear of the classic peach candy smell/flavor. It turned out to smell like a real peach. After rewicking, I filled my dripper and waited 10 mins for a good soak in. What I am getting is peach however when I exhale through my nose, I can pick up hints of tobacco. The peach flavor is that of a real peach. It is a sweat taste. I am hoping as time goes on that the tobacco makes more of an appearance. I tend to like my tobaccos up front and the flavoring just behind it. Will continue you posting results until the liquid reaches maturity. A really, really smooth liquid at this point.

Have a bit of "chuting" experience my self and there is something about "beta" and "parachute" that scares the living hell out of me! LMAO

The peach tobacco balance is really the big question! Fresh, the tobacco is kinda light, it will get progressively more robust, remains to be seen if it's enough for most...

Sounds like this one is going to the very back of the cabinet for me, but I'm in for the long haul!

gotalot thanks for the comments! i like my tobacco up front as well with other flavor behind it. clark i wonder if u used enough net in the recipe?

Clark said that the NET will step forward as it matures. I know that is the case most of the time.

Now Distorto, you know you always have your reserve as a back up! Why does beta scare you? After vaulting out of a plane on my 1st AFF jump, nothing scares me now! We didn't call it beta testing though. And we already knew the chutes worked. We used dummies for that getting the TSO for it. :)

To me, the back up was just like a spare tire. I always knew is was there just never wanted to have to use it. It's just that anything with the term experimental or in this case "beta" when it comes to being a few thousand feet up in the air causes me to raise an eyebrow a bit. Please don't ask me why but, there's a very good reason why I feel like this....
