And something I like to share with all of you, I filled the tank without spoiling even 1 drip when I placed the Diver!!
I took the Driver and placed this almost all into the tank (like 3/4) and filled the tank with e-juice, after that I placed the top cap and pushed the Driver through the top cap and the Diver followed till it was into the right position of the tank... voila!

Thank you for the link and all three of you guys for your help! I will try again tonight and maybe try a larger diameter coil. What do you use for your coil? I have been using a toothpick which maybe doesn't allow for enough cotton to be loose AND cove the cup completely. I know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I'll keep on trying until I figure out what's going to be consistent. I'll try one of my other cups as well...
ikbtops go for 1.5mm drill. Kat mini tutorial i think it will help you a lot
I build using 2.4mm and 3mm screwdriver shafts. A toothpick is too narrow IMO.
Addendum: but I also mount my coil about 80% above the cup.
Hi I am looking to buy the diver v2 but I need help. It states flange less is for billet box users. Is there any other benefit to flange less? Can you use it for anything else?

Go for the flangeless enzelis, flangeless can be used in any tank, enzelis looks cool and gets you a bit more juice in the tank.
A friend made it for me from a piece of SS tube
usually I prefer Glass because it looks much better, but for some situations I am afraid to break it, even I dont think the Minion Glass is easy to break

its a bit heavy (30 Gramms) but for sport or mountainclimbing its ok and what i want.

I'ts difficult for me to get used to the thick mods, but if need more power than there's no other way then to fix it this way and I have to admit... beautiful transition is in there.

Till now i have very good result with 2.3mm silica wick which one I took already from beginning, wondering how it should do with 2.5mm but maybe it will come too tight between the ceramic cup and the tube.
Maybe someone do have experience with, I would be interested to hear about, I follow your thread about the cotton setup too at the moment.
Maybe it's an idea if can't get enough cotton into the coil but still isn't enough cotton, to do it on the dual coil way, some wick between the 2 coils but in this case just a bit extra cotton on top of the coil, bc I like to keep the coil into a ceramic cup small as possible, I did my silica folded in half together with a needle and did run the wire around it, I think ive seen Konstantinos doing this too into on of his YT vids.

Ive seen in a YT vid, for 45mm tube to take silica 3mm thickness, for what reason this is?
For the 35mm tube I use 2.3mm silica at moment, 1.8ohm and e-juice 85% vg, now I didn't tried 2mm yet, would it be advisable to do this?
