1. Flange Dia = 10mm
2. Flange Depth = 1.2mm
3. Top of flange to top of diver = 36mm

Flange tapers on the top. that's why I got 1.2mm
Without the taper, it's 1mm

I hope that helps :D

In case you haven't figured out why I need these measurements, I asked Phiniac.com if they could make a bottom cap that would recess the flange on the diver and they have expanded on that idea to make a pyrex tank that is tall enough so the diver doesn't stick out of the top cap. Since most of my tanks are Phiniac's they seemed the perfect people to do something like this. I hope they can do it.

Do they have a 21mm tank, or would make it if requested?

Nice TM.
1/2 of your battle is solved by the SnP tank by GP http://www.vapourart.com/en/ (site is down to upgrade servers)
as they have the recessed bottom through the use of ss caps that screw over the top and bottom. The diver barely protrudes the top though. I love me a Phiniac though! Keep us posted of the response. Fingers crossed.

Maybe you saw this, my SnP with diver

On another note...I found divers available last night from a site in Malaysia. Think I'll wait :)

So, bought the SnP tank from GP and they provided a diver...it worked nicely after a bit of leakage for the first day but now it pours juice out as fast or as slow as I fill it. I wish I vaped cheap juice right now.
I broke down the diver and found where the ceramic sits in the base of the diver the delrin inside is chewed a bit from the top of it to the bottom. I am not sure how this could even happen. Shti.
If this will not affect my leaking issue than I dont care as long as the diver works.
My set up is a normal one .30 ga 4 wraps 1.2ish ohms with 1.5 ekowool wick cut to base.

What now. Help Konstantinos, please.

Just so there is no confusion, I am an idiot. I figured out why the delrin insert is cut and it was my fault.

Konstantnios, do you supply these? Shouldn't be a big deal and I don't think it's the cause of the massive leak.
Thank you.

@Idaholandho: Just make sure that the ceramic firmly sit in the insulator. Note that no leakage resulting from plastic. Pls tell me what non res wire u use?
Remember me in your next order to put u a pair of them.

@tmc: we don’t change Divers specs except the height of the tube. From the last batch we make it a little bit shorter 0.8mm.

Konstantinos post!!

I am using Ni and now moving to Ag from now on for my Diver builds. As, it is more pliable and easier for me to work with.

Thank you.
Placing order soon!
