When in the unlocked position, at subohm resistances, the battery airholes at the bottom cap should be closed or open when in the unlocked position ?

I was told when i bought this to have the airholes at the bottom visible when vaping, however, eveyrone I see using this has them closed when vaping, even super subohm?

I assume this is the case because the bottom cap has some sort of venting ?

Both the switch itself and the brass switch housing should have four semiround slots to cover venting while the mod is unlocked, when locked the four vent holes are exposed and the slots no longer functional.

Both features cover any potential venting event.

The mod should be fully locked or fully unlocked never between.

The switch is also designed to never fully compress against the lock ring so as to maintain full flow of venting gasses should the springs or magnets fail, modifying the switch by reducing the delrin height will negate this feature as it will reduce the switches total installed height.

I wouldn't suggest going below 0.5 ohms on a Nemesis, 0.7 is more reasonable considering its design. If you decide to go lower, clean all metal to metal surfaces exceptionally well as any gunk or unseen oxidation will drastically reduce performance.
